I walked in saw the chicken and turned around and walked out, it looked like it was cooked several days ago. I work at Food Lion and come in here a few times a month though I have not been here in a while. I hope this gets someone's attention....

Came in this morning. They were packed and probably understaffed but everybody was hustling so hard to take care of customers. The lady who appeared to be a manager was working her butt off and keeping everyone moving. Just wanted to leave a nice note.

It’s 11:00 AM and I came for brunch items. I have been in line for 20 minutes behind 4 cars and “Becky” the drive thru operator told me when I ordered for me to come to the front counter. They don’t care how long they take. They don’t care about pride in their jobs. They simply don’t care. This is my last 4 experiences , and it took me until now to get angry enough to post! There’s no other breakfast in downtown anymore or I wouldn’t come here at all. I’ll drive to 400. I’ll get home faster. Unprofessional, no manners and no pride. I’ve written this while in their drive thru line for twenty five MINUTES! TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

The tea is so sweet that I felt as if I had just poured sugar down my throat , the biscuits are always dry and crumbling , this place should not be allowed to have a Bojangles sign out front , they are a disgrace to the BoJangles name , I won't be going back anymore until they step up their game !!

So, I have been waiting by the door for at least 20min on 1 #1 add cheese. A sausage and cheese biscuit. A country ham biscuit. 7 or 8 cars have come and gone. I just got my food. Waiting on a drink. Man get it together guys. Yall are better than this. **EDIT** They got both the orders wrong. Wow.
Ordered coffee and a chicken biscuit … The coffee was luke warm at best and burned … think about that for a moment. I literally poured the coffee down the sewer. Chicken was hard and chewy, and the biscuit crunchy, greasy and crumbled everywhere when I took a bite. I suspect both the coffee and biscuit were reheated one too many times or under a heat lamp too long. Absolute wasted of money. Don’t bother…

So I went to this location to try there new wings (classic) which suppose to have crust and a 2pcs snack box (white meat)for my husband and well I’ll let the pics I will be posting with this review do the talking .. DEFINITELY UPSET!

The employee don't pay attention to the lobby for breakfast time . The biscuits i have received are over cooked or burnt Lunch time I have waited over 30 minutes to receive my order and it is usually kinda warm or hard to eat

No longer carry homestyle which means everything is spicy. Also,how do you not have chicken at 7:30pm? Everything in the bar looked dried up. Some of us can not do spicy. I won't be back.
