I ordered a tray of sandwiches for my wedding and they gave it away to a stranger the DAY BEFORE our scheduled pick up. Why was my tray made the day before our pick up. No one too. Accountability for this mess up. They tried to blame the mix up on our bank account being hacked. Which is totally false. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience. Do not order here for any major events unless you want to be let down.

Usually good, but the croissant was extremely hard, and I could only eat the top. It was sloppily put together. The top of the drink wouldn't stay on, and it spilled all over me when she handed it to me...I had to ask for napkins to clean it up.

Usually they are very good but this time they were out of nearly everything! Thats not the part I am really upset about because i understand that it happens but we waited over 20 minutes for our order before we asked for the tenth time about our order to which we were told they didnt have what we had ordered. One employee was on her phone while the other three were working and actually doing what they were supposed to be.

They were out of most kind of chicken salad& egg salad. Waited 20+ minutes before we were informed they were out of what we ordered. (unable to substutute , they were out of most flavors ) Was told to cancel on app, but app wouldn't cancel store has to do refund.
Also, store was very busy & one employee was behind the counter on her phone.

Sitting drive thru for over 10 minutes now. Was told over half the menu was unavailable at 5:50 pm. It is scoops. You are not preparing a steak. You have 9 people in line. 2 left

This store needs to get its house in order. If you open at 10 am then you need your staff there at 9 so that you are ready for business when the doors open. The Grab and Go is 90% empty. Multiple items are unavailable. Get your inventory in line. There are other stores in the area please don't make me start going elsewhere.

Every CSC I've visit has been wonderful. Great atmosphere and great service. Worth the price and healthy options available.

We walked in and notice the floors was dirty, empty shelves and very few people in dining room. Waited a long time for our food, my husband was going back to the register to get our money back when she bought our food out. Wish we got our $24 back! The soup was very old, thick blob, also our toasted bread was cold! Very disappointing! Will not be back. I over heard the other couple stating that their food was awful also.

Great food! It was so fresh and good tasted like Grandma's Chicken salad. I definitely will be back one of my favorite places I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant was empty and it took forever to get my food. When I got it my croissant was hard as a rock and very little chicken salad on it. Will not be back to this location!

I've heard a lot about this place, all wrong in my opinion. I was told the sandwiches were overstuffed, not true, mine was very light. The salad didn't even fill a croissant. The girl at the register could've cared less, staring out the windows most of the time. First time, last time. The restaurant was clean and attractive but the food was disappointing.
