I don't know what was with your workers up front tonight, but they need to get it together, or get a job that doesn't push them to the point of feeling the obligation to act disrespectful and annoyed. I used to work for fast food, I get late night customers are annoying, but at some point you have to account for the fact that you willingly getvto choose your hours and choose to be at the job- and if you can't handle it, find a new one. But I came in 10:15, after a long day of work, and the girl I was met with was genuinely so rude. She gave me barely any rice, chicken, cheese, or queso (which is an upcharge), but when I asked for lettuce, she gave me too much and it ruined the flavor of the entire burrito. I know people gripe about small portions to be petty, but the portions I recieved were honestly attrocious. In all honestly I counted out the pieces of chicken I recieved in my burrito. 4 pieces. The portioning wasn't even close to the same as the last time I went. I was entirely scammed out of my money and honestly I considered going back and asking for a refund but I didn't want to have to deal with her attitude again. I wanted to really enjoy this place, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth. For everyone considering this place- it's good, but just dont go in after 5 pm. I would just go to Moes. They get rude and inconsiderate at this location at night. Highly dissapointed and infuriated.

I came here with friends and when we got to the line we waited for a while and there was a worker serving himself big portions of food and we had way smaller portions. Also the girl from the register didn’t asked if we wanted chips and she was quiet. Als the guy in the kitchen which I assume it’s the cooker wasn’t wearing a hat which I’m sure it’s against the rules and it can meet some safety standards violations. This was on 2/21/26 around 8-9pm

Food is fresh and a good value for the cost.

We usually dine-in and the restaurant is clean, but the have the music up so loud recently its not as comfortable to go and have a conversation with the person you are dining with.

The food was cold specially the corn. It felt like they were frozen and served.

Also the quantity was poor. I ordered light rice and there was no rice at all.

Worst experience. When I reached out to support the chatbot automatically terminates session when you want to talk to someone.

The chatbot gave me just the drink as replacement. I was expecting complete refund.

This chipotle has let me down more times than I can count. If I have to go inside and LOOK at the protein options in order to see which one was actually made within the past two hours there is an issue. I’m convinced at this point the management forgot all the food safety knowledge from their certifications when running this place. This is very consistent from 12pm-1pm as well. Very disappointing that your peak service times you are serving old meats and rock hard rice. Not kidding about the rice either. It’s appalling how often undercooked rice sneaks its way in your food. I’m genuinely shocked it’s this inconsistent. Too bad it’s the only chipotle around or else I’d drive an extra 10/20 minutes to go to any other location. Be better.

Little to no atmosphere about the restaurant, it just felt like walking into a building and grabbing food. The food was terrible, you can see frost and food buildup around the edges of the containers. The staff was friendly, however they looked clueless as if they haven’t been trained properly, I watched two staff members discourse over product from the line. Overall not a very pleasant experience for what the company advertises itself as being.

I typically refrain from writing negative Google reviews, particularly for establishments like Chipotle. Today I had an exceptionally poor experience there. I placed my order through the mobile application, and it was ready at the pick up window. However, there were four individuals serving in the store, two customers, and they completely disregarded me. I had to wait at the window for ten minutes before I finally entered the establishment. When I inquired about the reason for my being ignored, the people behaved rudely and told me to walk out of the restaurant. Is this how you are going to get customers?
