I like the food at chipotle a lot but every single time I attempt to get something at this location, my meal is either made incorrectly, missing something or very small for a $15 bowl. The staff never seems to care enough to get the orders correct.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Three hours before close and no fajita veggies, no sour cream, no lettuce. Of course you don't find out until they've already started making your food. We asked if they had any on the drive-thru side and the employee refused to check. Even worse...as we were leaving and I looked back into the restaurant an employee stuck his hand in the bin with his bare hands grabbed what appeared to be steak or chicken and tossed it into his mouth. If I hadn't been in the car, I would have gone in the store. Instead I called the store and the manager just said okay. Let's be honest after seeing someone stick their hand in a bin, do you think I'm going to eat my food? No compensation offered.

Order online got only half of my order instead of them giving a refund for the food I didn’t get we got a coupon to come back but soon or it will expire…. I’m thinking well I guess we can have chipotle again …WRONGGGG husband and I got ready bad food poisoning ! Trust the reviews there is a reason why is such low

The worst. What happened to this place. Burrito was a busted mess. Thanks for the guacamole could not taste anything else. Had to eat with fork. Exactly same thing in bowl use to be 10.00 or so. Now 15.60. First time ever to get Burrito. Will go to real Mexican restaurants or taco bell. Not here any more. Serving area and dining area nasty

They regularly mess up pickup orders. Staff can't roll a burrito to save their lives and the ingredient portions are miniscule or missing entirely. For the price, this place is very disappointing.

We like food from Chipotle, no doubt about it. We always had good experiences in Chipotle restaurants other places in Georgia. Me and family went out shopping to Georgia outlet mall. After shopping we stopped at this Chipotle. First impression lasts long. The lady who was taking order was not welcoming, was full arrogant and rude. Not at all customer friendly. we ordered burritos and few bowls with chicken. She states they ran out of chicken. And not saying clearly when chicken will be available. Found them totally racist the way she behaves. Ambience was not that great as well. For a global reputed company like Chipotle this will bring their business down. Such workers do not deserve a place front ending customers. Least Chipotle should do is find replacement. One mistake I did is not checking their review before going to done there. Learnt from my mistake. I would give them -1 review if available. I hope other Chipotle lovers know this before hand. One a Chipotle I would never go even if I am dying of hunger.

if i could give 0 stars, i would. the workers at this chipotle are more then rude and they never have anything on the line stocked. i worked at this exact location in high school, and everytime im home from college and come to eat here, i leave angry. do better. the girl with the fake dimond chain is lucky she hasn't been jumped yet. she's awful everytime i go in there.

Asked for a veggie bowl. She put the rice and beans and then I said - veggies please. Apparently they had been out of vegetables all day. It is 4pm. I ordered a veggie bowl and she told me this after the bowl was substantially started. I said no thank you and went to Mod Pizza next door which has phenomenal service and toppings.
