Average Experience from Dairy Queen. Food was decent, nothing to write home about. Costs was expensive for 1 person. When I went they were slammed in their drive thru line. And it took close to 30 minutes to place and get my order.

Accidentally did mobile order for this store instead of our local one

When I called to cancel, the employee who answered located the order and said I had to wait for a manager to come to the phone to cancel it

The manager then says he can’t find the order under that name, so he asks for order number. Cuts me off halfway through giving him the order number and says he doesn’t see it.

While I was talking to him, the order screen in the app changes from ready to pickup to complete.

He processed the pick up so the store could keep the sale, then lied to me about it. Had to call corporate to get my money back.

The workers at the window were rude as hell and basically threw the blizzard at me and walked off. It was also crazy expensive, but it tasted great. I guess that's the ultimate goal, so it was a win?

Went through the drive through with a very simple order and the staff was so rude and slammed the window in my face when I asked about the price and then literally treated me like I thief when I asked for the cheese dip that was left out of my pretzel order and practically threw my ice cream sundae at me with no lid. Then when I was still there waiting for my card to be returned to me as she was taking to another co worker saying “I have no idea what she’s waiting on I gave her everything already”. I have been in the food industry for over 15 years and this kind of service even in fast food is unacceptable. No matter what kind of day you are having it’s not okay to treat people that way when you are supposed to be professional! I will be finding a number to call a corporate office.

I only am rating this establishment because I came in for the first time ,not only as a customer but as a delivery driver ,I shouldn't have to be yelled at as I'm walking out the door with a unfinished order .while noticeing you have a 100 percent score on your food handling skills ,there should be a score for how well your politeness should be , customer service has been my job for 5 years minimum.you failed at having 3 people finishing my customers order.being yelled at as I am walking out the door saying Drink,Drink,Drink .is not a way of communication towards individuals .very rude and disrespectful.i hope individuals are not treated like this every time a paying customer walks through your doors .please keep in mind each and every employee should uphold respect and dignity for the jobs they were handed to be able to make a living ,some of us are scraping by with the bare minimum living a respectable polite lifestyle by treating all people with respect.

When did a hot fudge Sunday only become ice cream and hot fudge? Where did the nuts, whipped cream, and cherry on top go? Why was it more expensive than just a regular ice cream dipped in chocolate? Ugh, people, common!
The place was clean. Employees sitting or walking around. It took forever to get service. Only one girl could take our order, and she was a sweetheart, but she was busy doing something else, and no one else could do her job.
I guess this is how it works here?
Here's the funny part. As you are walking in, there was a note on the door stating the left door is broken. Please use the other door. It was the right door that was broken. 😆 🤦‍♀️
