Domino's Pizza

I have changed this review after receiving a call from the store manager. I had an issue the other night waiting a long time for an order and the shift manager was defensive about it. I value honesty and I understand busy nights and being short on delivery drivers as long as you are honest about it. It is a work in progress and I wish you guys the best as you work hard to improve the store.

I ordered two pizza's- one stuffed crust and one hand tossed pepperoni pizza. The stuffed crust was really good, however when my daughter went to get a piece of the pepperoni pizza, we found maggot larvae on the pizza. We completely lost our appetite and now refuse to order from this location again and I don't know when we will be able to stomach pizza again. Very disappointing.

App said order is ready. Walk inside and tv on wall shows my name and order ready. Told by worker it’s not quite done yet. Ok no big deal. I see them putting the last pizza in a box. I’m then ignored for 15 minutes while an untrained girl on phone struggles to take someone’s order and process their payment and all the other workers ignore me. Another customer walked in that a worker knew and she walked right past me to greet them and then went back to work still not giving me my order. 15 minutes later a worked finally asked why i was there. This is not the first time the service here has been lackluster.

Ordered the $9.99 special for delivery. I don’t normally leave reviews, but fast delivery time and pretty pizzas. They earned a shoutout.

Pizza was missing half its items and was not cut well. Kim the manager was rude and refused to give me my money back. She only offered me a “credit” on my next pizza. Then hung up on me. I don’t want another pizza and I will never order from here again.

Grossly over costed, especially if you want delivery. They clearly think they're far better than they are. I'd rather spend $30 on literally anything other than two mediocre at best pizzas.

Fast, friendly, and order was prepared just as ordered online with no mistakes

Very rude people to deal with after my entire order was wrong. It's not worth it. Don't order from this dominos!!

Got double charged for a big order. Waited almost an hour for food even though we called ahead. Was not pleased with this location

We received a delivery order that was incorrect. After calling the store the manager said she would replace the order. She was not very professional or kind. She never apologized. We got the replacement order and it was even more incorrect than the first. We called the store again, and she was extremely rude. She said she’d void the order and then hung up. While I appreciate her willingness to try to make it right, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. We will be choosing a different pizza restaurant in the future.

This isn't the first time I've received my order this way... This is like the tenth time. We order from you frequently. It's usually a fight, because I have to keep explaining to my significant other how poorly run this building is. It's just annoying. If you don't care about managing your store just quit your job. It's not that complicated.

everyone in the store is super sweet, but I did not see one person wearing gloves and as a germ, Afobe it freaked me out. That's unsanitary but I am also a weirdo about that.
