Carter makes the best vanilla bean iced coffees!! the lady working the window was so sweet!! 10/10 recommend this dunkin!! they are all so sweet, definitely will make your morning!

The server that I saw today through the drive thru was rude and unfriendly. I didn't catch her name but she had brown hair and a mean tone. I get my points on my Dunkin app every time I drive through, but she didn't accept my app for my points. She also told me they can’t make the order that I get EVERY time I go there. Once I got my food it was not what I asked for at all and I had to go back around to get it fixed, she then took my food BACK THROUGH the window and made it worse. It was totally unacceptable and I hope she finds a job where she doesn't have to talk to people soon because clearly it's not her thing.

This dunkin donuts needs to work on their customer service. After stating what I wanted to order my girlfriend tried to order her food and the drive thru lady ignored her and then rudely stated that she had already closed the order without asking me if we wanted more

Went through the drive through to get a meal when she asked what I wanted to drink I just said give me a ice water she than argued with me that she can’t give me ice water that she would have to charge me more. REALLY I just wanted ice water and she was being difficult. I’ve got ice water at other locations for free but yet I’m buying a meal and just wanted water instead of the coffee it came with. I come here weekly with my children but from now on we will never visit this location again! I will also be calling corporate she was very rude and there just isn’t no need for all this!!!

I love Dunkin, and the Toasted Almond is my favorite. I travel weekly and have been to many locations, but this one where I live is difficult to navigate the drive-thru line and even more difficult to park. On this visit, the coffee didn't taste right. Like they left out the sugar.
Also, I wish everyone would order with the app, and it would be ready upon arrival instead of holding up the line while they think about what they want. Plus, you get free stuff!

I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin today! Not only did they get my order absolutely perfect, but the staff was incredibly friendly and personable. It’s so refreshing to feel like a valued customer, especially when everything was made just right. I could tell they genuinely cared about getting it right, and it really made my day. Definitely coming back! Keep up the great work!

Stopped by Dunkin this morning January at 16 at 5:25am. I ordered a hot cofee with cold foam like i have done for years at many coffee shops including dunkin. I was told she could not do that! I offered to pay for cold foam in a seprete cup and i would add it to my coffee myself. Cashier with an attitude said she wouldnt do it. I have loved dunkin and been stopping for years,but today will be my last stop. I will go to a coffee shop where i dont get attitude for ordering a coffee i have for years and still not get my order right.

My roommate and I waited in the drivethru for about 20 minutes. We each got a bagel and a coffee. Two separate orders. My bagel came out toasted to the point where is was almost burnt but it was cold. They gave the cream cheese on the side. My roommate’s was also cold and cream cheese on the side. Had we not waited for so long we may have asked for fresher bagels but we didn’t want to wait again. We had to end up reheating them at home in the microwave to try not to burn them further but that made the bagels chewy. Mine had a burnt flavor.
Also, despite us making a separate order, they put both orders on the same card.
Very disappointed in this location. Will go to others that are farther away in the future. Going out to eat is a special treat for us. It is a bummer that this once in awhile treat was such a flop.

Manager could care less about quality. Inappropriate language used. Coffee and doughnuts are good. Breakfast is thrown together sloppy and with no care. Not worth the money. Go to Wendy’s or Starbucks.
