This Dunkin is hit or miss when it comes to service. I've had some good experiences and I've had some not so good experiences. Most recently, I asked for very little ice in my drink. When it was given to me, I told them that there was way too much ice. I handed it back and the guy behind the counter opened the lid, removed some of the ice with his BARE HAND and handed it back to me. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL.

The lady at the drive-thru was quite rude and unfriendly. It took more than 15 minutes to get our order, and although she mentioned they were understaffed—which I completely understand—it didn’t feel right to see her chatting casually for so long with a coworker than preparing our order while we waited in line. The croissant was undercooked and never coming back to this store

The coffee was fine, really good even! But the snotty attitude from the person at the window was insane. I'm not exaggerating when I say, she said not one single word to me. Even after being very polite, saying thank you, etc.

Being from out of town and staying right by here, I'll go out of my way from now on to go somewhere where they have basic courtesy.

The lady with an indian accent took 7 minutes to get an 9 dollar order from the car I front of me so I spoke slow and detailed into the mic. She got both my orders wrong, coffee was correct though. Thankfully the young 20sh yesr old blonde girl at the window fixed one order

I had a mobile order for a single coffee through the drivethru. I waited 10 minutes in line alone then waited even longer after saying my name for the order. The 2 people in front of did not order much but it took at least another 5 minutes of waiting to get to the window. After I got my coffee and was on the way to work, I tasted it and it tasted ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I don't know if the cream was out of date or one of the syrups. But it tasted like something was spoiled.

Carter makes the best vanilla bean iced coffees!! the lady working the window was so sweet!! 10/10 recommend this dunkin!! they are all so sweet, definitely will make your morning!

The server that I saw today through the drive thru was rude and unfriendly. I didn't catch her name but she had brown hair and a mean tone. I get my points on my Dunkin app every time I drive through, but she didn't accept my app for my points. She also told me they can’t make the order that I get EVERY time I go there. Once I got my food it was not what I asked for at all and I had to go back around to get it fixed, she then took my food BACK THROUGH the window and made it worse. It was totally unacceptable and I hope she finds a job where she doesn't have to talk to people soon because clearly it's not her thing.

This dunkin donuts needs to work on their customer service. After stating what I wanted to order my girlfriend tried to order her food and the drive thru lady ignored her and then rudely stated that she had already closed the order without asking me if we wanted more

Went through the drive through to get a meal when she asked what I wanted to drink I just said give me a ice water she than argued with me that she can’t give me ice water that she would have to charge me more. REALLY I just wanted ice water and she was being difficult. I’ve got ice water at other locations for free but yet I’m buying a meal and just wanted water instead of the coffee it came with. I come here weekly with my children but from now on we will never visit this location again! I will also be calling corporate she was very rude and there just isn’t no need for all this!!!
