Food is always hot and fresh

I just got a single cheeseburger. The hamburgers are smashed so thin you can see holes through the meat. The onion rings were good. Hubby got the prime rib steak burger. The mushrooms and onions on it was good. But I didn't think we will be back.

First time in. Very satisfied. Clean, friendly, and tasty.

Floors were sticky. Forgot to make our order. Had to remind them.

Food is great, staff doesn't seem to know how to explain things without being condescending or rude. Will most likely eat at a different location again.

Should read hamburger inspied food. My burger was thinner than a crepe. Honestly, the thin sliced pickle was thicker than the meat! This was the single worst dining experience I have had in years!

I was a big steak and shake fan. But now that Freddy's has come to town no need or desire to go back. For the last 5 years I've enjoyed a better burger and sides.

They unfortunately ran out of one of the ingredients for one of our kid's meals (no biggie, we showed up right before they had to close) but they more than made it up to us.
The lady in the drive thru has the best customer service skills out of anyone we've met in a long time.
100% satisfied and we will be back next time we are in the area.

Food was good, and the atmosphere reminded me of an old school diner.

My only problem was I wanted chicken tenders. I asked the cashier did they have dipping sauce for the tenders and he told me no. He stated all they had was French dry sauce. I ordered a burger. When I went to get ketchup they had the dipping sauce. He may have been new, but he should have known.
