Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Freddy's was one of my favorites when it first opened several years ago. But, since the original manager left not long after, it has gone downhill. My husband and I went today for the first time in a while. Was very disappointed. My fries were cold and my pattymelt was so greasy I couldn't eat it.. This was my last time to go.

The steakburger, fries, and custard experience at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburger was average. Nothing bad and not above average. The food was hot, well prepared, and the service was friendly and prompt. The location is good. My personal score a 4.4.

Stopped by around lunch food was excellent service was outstanding. staff was very welcoming and professional. associate that helped me Alyssa was very professional and made me feel very welcome.

I came into freddys the other day and idk how to explain it but my patty melt isnt pattying iit seemed to not be melted enough i really enjoy the patty melt i come every sunday just to get one but this weeks patty melt the cheese looked white and more liquedy than normal this unexceptable and when i took it to the counter some guy with a man bun and a neck beard told me thats how its supposed to be but it looked like human discharge #makepattymeltsgoodagain

Love the fries. Love the burgers. Love the staff. What I DON'T love is how they got rid of butterscotch off the menu. Ridiculous, and I won't bring my star rating back up until it returns. You were the ONLY place in this town that gad butterscotch on the menu. The ONLY place.... Shame on you. Not only that but the place was rather dirty, the floor was sticky and the tables were pretty much all dirty and greasy and the ones that weren't greasy were very wet - including the seats.

Polite staff. The food was good. I regretted eating it though after I noticed how disgustingly filthy it was inside. I mean just smeared around grease and trash everywhere. What a pigsty. DPH needs to send someone out there immediately.

Hit the drive-through on the way back from hiking for burgers and drinks. Our order was not only wrong, but we also received and were charged for meals. Too tired and too late, we just made do with it because we wanted to get back home, but it's was disappointing.
