Grandmas NY Pizza

Sadly this pizza is not the same anymore . We loved it when they first opened few years ago and got pizza yesterday and it tasted quite horrible . Not sure if they changed owners yet won’t be going back again .

Quite possibly the worst supreme pizza I’ve ever had. Cheese was not good, and the toppings were in a huge pile on top of the pizza. I was starving and still threw it away. Avoid

Wow!! :O I’m originally from NJ and this is one of the first pizzas in the north Georgia area that reminds me of pizza from when I lived in NJ & NY. I was skeptical if the name was accurate, but it is & I will definitely be going back. Great pizza, thank you!!

Pizza crust too thin and skimpy on the toppings. Sorry this is no NY pizza.

ORDERED FOOD TONIGHT AND THE PIZZA WAS GOOD AND SO WAS THE SALAD. UNFORTUNATELY MY LASAGNA WAS BURNT TO A CRISP. I CALLED TO TELL THEM AND WAS TOLD OH SORRY ABOUT THAT; IS THAT IT. NO OFFER TO REMAKE IT OR REFUND. HE DID NOT CARE AT ALL. Very disappointed

8.1 is a fair rating. I’m a pizza snob so once you get past the 7’s you’re on a really good score.

Solid average NY pie. That’s not an insult. Too many pie shops around the ATL metro can’t meet that basic benchmark. This place does. Really happy to say that. It feels like a small local NY chain. Not gonna blow you away with uniqueness to the point where you gotta travel no matter where you are to get it, but it doesn’t need to be that. It is very good pizza and I’m sure it’s probably the best up this way in Dahlonega.

Light and sweet sauce that’s not thick and pasty. The char on the crust and under carriage is good. Right amount of of cheese.

Would absolutely come back if in the area again.

My fourth time ordering from Grandma's im from N.Y. and I love this pizza the best comparison to N.Y. Pizza. Only issue I've had was just a weird one when they delivered my pizza it was literally in a plane pizza box. No name Nothing just a plain brown pizza box and it was placed bye my door upside down. Was still very good though.

Absolutely love this place, amazing authentic NY pizza. The service was perfect and the inside just made me fill very at home. (I’m from NY). Truly amazing pizza.
