Grandmas NY Pizza

What an amazing pizza joint! While Christmas shopping in the Dawsonville area we came across Grandma's NY Pizza, and WOW! I've had pizza in NY before and this place is hands down the most authentic tasting since my last trip to NY. We loved the connolis we grabbed for a sweet treat too!
We will definitely be driving back up from Athens very soon! Thanks again!

I love love love their pizza!! Simply put, it takes me back home. I'm from Philly. Truly one of the BEST pizzas in the south!! I have a mission to try everything! 😁 Especially their sausage rolls, because I haven't seen them on a menu since I came south!! If you're looking for truly EXCEPTIONAL "PIE" in the south, Then this is the place. If you want pizza, call Domino's 🤷‍♀️ or another "pizza" chain

Just excellent pizza man. Incredible flop, hold it from the center and be amazed. Half the thing flops down it's awesome. The cheese and sauce are perfectly balanced, I can taste them both but they aren't overbearing eachother, which you don't get in every pizza. That's a good slice

We called in for takeout. There's not much room inside that I saw to really eat inside unless sitting outside in Georgia in August, which isn't happening. We ordered the large pepperoni. It was ok, not memorable at all. Honestly, no one really cared for it. Maybe an off day, but you only get one chance for a first impression.

the pizza was insanely soggy and everything was falling off. The crust was tough. I expected the pizza to be a little soggy from delivery, but this was insane. It was soaking through the cardboard box. Just not a great experience

Great pizza and real Italian desserts. Back again and still the best pizza around. I highly recommend.
