I came in the day before Thanksgiving to order a custom cake for my son’s birthday. They were pretty busy and I didn’t think they’d be able to accommodate my idea for a Lego themed cake. They blew it out of the water! Not only was it the cutest cake ever but they had it done that day and it was delicious. My son was thrilled!!

We went to go pick up cupcakes that I had placed an order for ahead of time at Publix and they didn’t have them made. 😡 so we were in a time crunch. We walked over to great American cookie and Brooke welcomed us in and I told her about what had happened. She said they were busy too but asked me what I needed I told her and she had this beautiful cake done within 5 minutes! I can never thank you enough. You made my daughter’s birthday!! We really appreciate you!

Went in to to pick up a to go order. The order was just a drink and two shakes. First, thing was they said they did not have drink carriers, weird but ok. The real issue i had was with the lightskin curly hair employee. She was very rude to me the whole time i was there.
I asked if they had any bags i could put the order in. Another employee said, “we have boxes”. I said “that will be fine”. The curly hair girls said, “yeah it better because that is all we are going to give you” Wow! I was shocked and ready to have words with her. But decided not to because she was not worth jeopardizing my ability to go to the restaurant. So i took the box the other employee offered and left.
I never wish bad on anyone, but would suggest the restaurant fire this employee. She may cause loss of business if her behavior continues. If i ever return to this location i will be sure to not engage in conversation with her. Just handle my business with other employees

So disappointed. i’ve gotten great american cookie cake for birthday parties my whole life. this saturday 08/31 I was extremely disappointed when I went to pick up my kids birthday cake. not only was it not ready at 12:00 when they told me I could pick it up but it was literally wrong. I gave a very specific description of what I wanted and didn’t want on the cake, this was basically ignored and colors I asked to not be on it, were. that’s not the worst part, the dang girl at the counter was extremely rude and told me she wasn’t fixing it and I was still made to pay full price for a cake i was not happy with. do better GAC.
They must be trying to save money by reducing the amt of dough in the cookies. This is the 2nd lg cookie we bought this week. Probably won't buy any more anytime soon.

I ordered a cake for my son’s fourth birthday. I chose the dump truck design from the website - as is, just different name and age. It was supposed to be ready at 12:15 PM. I put earlier than we needed it on purpose to make sure it was ready. My in laws stopped to pick it up on their way to the party at 3:15 PM. The guy at the store claimed to have never gotten the order, but they were able to pull it up by order number. They said wait 30 min- 1hr. It was not ready until 5:00. And then it looked terrible. You couldn’t even read the writing. The truck components and writing were all obviously done with different frosting tips than the picture on the site. All the guy did was write back over my son’s name. You still could barely read it. Our families have ordered cookie cakes for years, and needless to say this was by far the worst looking. I am very disappointed I spent the extra money and my in-laws spent the extra time to get this cake. A cake from the supermarket probably would’ve looked better

Excellent service from Arth, the manager! I came in hoping to get a clean cookie slice so my design could be drawn on it. He went out of his way to decorate my slice, fresh out of the oven, and did a fantastic job! He and his staff really left a positive impression on me! Glad to have them there!
