We go to La Hacienda for the drinks and the manager, Julio. The food is average compared to others in the area, and the prices are high comparatively. Julio recognizes us and always greets us, so we go for that reason alone. We’ve been to Sr. Fiesta numerous times and no one recognizes or acknowledges us.

I have been coming to La Hacienda for quite some time. I’m greeted by Julio the manager every visit and feel like family. He’s always friendly and welcoming. There was a period of time , maybe 2-3 weeks, that the service was not up to normal standards and the food was off a bit, so we ventured out to other places, but our visit today was awesome and Julio was there to greet us! I’m not saying that when Julio isn’t there it’s a bad experience, but I do look forward to his warm smile and welcoming attitude. Also, love the Texas margaritas, they are the bomb!!

Food was great. Service was great at atmospheric was great. I love their salsa and chips. I definitely will be back. I think I found my favorite Mexican restaurant in Georgia.!!
The staff are well dressed and punctual. The food is fine. I liked the mojito. However, you should get there earlier if you don't want to miss their lunch menu. I was within 15 minutes of their lunch menu ending, and the waiter said I could only order from the dinner menu.

My boyfriend and I came in at about 45 min until close, there were other customers but we were trying to be quick so they could close. The hostess was impolite and our server was clearly very upset we came in. The entire staff stared at us the whole time and kept pointing at us. We tried to just ignore it but our server also kept not coming back or being attentive. We ordered immediately and were not even in there 20 minutes and were done eating. Food was wonderful, best I've had anywhere around actually. While we were eating they turned the music off and turned the lights on. They didn't even close for another 10-15 minutes.Again, great food but the service just was not there. I get it, you want to go home and I'm sure money wasn't great it was a Monday night. But I always tip 20+% so it was just really upsetting. I also am a server near by so it really rubbed me the wrong way when I gave him cash (like a lot more than the bill which was his tip anyways) but he didn't say thank you and never even asked me if I wanted change or anything. We waited about 10 minutes and he never came back so we left. It is just upsetting that he never came back and didn't check through the meal if we needed anything. He didn't even bring the food out, the manager on duty did (which is fine) but he didn't even speak to us either.Just wish the customer service was better.

We had my son surprised 23rd birthday party here in the back room Ronnie was the head over all the restaurants I got lucky he was there, he was the best,from customer service and getting a decorator to how much food we were going to need everything was perfect from the temperature of the room the temperature of the food and the service THANK YOU FOR MAKING HIS DAY PERFECT!!!
The food is so delicious ? I wish I had found Hacienda

This place is TERRIBLE! Where do I start? The tables and menus are sticky. The food is sloppy. The servers don't speak English and are kind of rude. It's extremely overpriced. The live music is WAY too loud. I don't like to write bad reviews but I even gave this place a second try and boy was that a mistake! I got some of the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced! I couldn't even keep water down for almost 36 hours. When I called the next day to let the manager know that something I ate there was either bad or undercooked, they were extremely defensive and told me to never come back. Keep in mind, I wasn't asking for a refund, I just wanted to make them aware so no one else would suffer. I would recommend steering clear of this place!

NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!Ok, my wife and I have eaten here for a few years now. Honestly….. we had to stop going. The service and food really went down hill. We decided to try other Mexican restaurants in the area but they were fair at best.Last week, we decided to give it another try and wow what a difference! The place was clean, they redecorated the dining room and the food was good again. They have always had better tasting steak and chicken than other restaurants but it was even better.So tonight, we left the gym and wanted tacos, we came back. Again, great service, great food and clean.If you left like we did, time to come back! We will be there next week and most likely the weeks following…Thank you Hacienda!
