All I wanted to do was order some junk food for this evening. This being Christmas Day and yes Little Caesars was open. I've always ordered via the app and they had a special deal going on for $5.99 for a two topping large pizza but the app would not let me use the coupon. So I just went and paid full price for a two topping large pizza with extra cheese. I placed it online at 5:40 p.m. to be picked up at 6:30 p.m. . I arrived there at 6:28 p.m. and went in because the tracking did not even show that the order was in the oven. I went in to ask and they couldn't find the order. I had to go back into the app to pull up my order. Once he finally saw the order, he went into the back spoke with pizza maker. He then told me that the order is not to be put in the oven until 6:30 p.m. . It was 6:45 p.m. when I received my pizza that I wanted to pick up at 6:30 p.m. . So apparently if you're using the app you need to specify pickup 15 minutes earlier then when you really want your order. Not a happy camper as this is the first time I've had any issue with placing an online order and picking it up at the time specified. On a side note there were people that were in the store prior to me and they were still there waiting.

Ordered a pizza got it delivered ice cold. Apparently, Dasher made multiple stops (40m) and left it at my door on the cold concrete didn't even ring the doorbell. I saw him running with it to my door so it didn't stay outside long and it wasn't in any kind of insulated container to keep it warm when he delivered it. I tried to call the store but was put on hold indefinably I finally hung up. Just not acceptable.

I Ordered the crunch crust stuffed pizza for 9.49. The employee did not bother reading back to me the order or telling me the cost. I went to pick up my pizza in the charged me 14 bucks for it and the guy frame The cash register shrugged his off blank.It was not his problem and pressured me to go on ahead and pay. I did , but I did not appreciate it. Be warned.

Quick $8 pepperoni pizza with ranch dip cup. Hot and ready. What's not to like.

Worst service ever, especially for an overpriced food that wasn't ready as advertised. Stood in line forever only to be interrupted when placing my order, by the employee behind the counter, not another customer, who then began serving several other customers in line despite having already started my order.

The pizza was over cooked and the cheese puffs had practically no cheese. The Pepperoni pizza was sweet. Yuck!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!! The Cumming location is so much better.

Well I guess they no longer cut the pizza. Tried to grab first slice and you can see the results.

At least the deal was good, but this location has had too many issues. Think I will stick with Exit 14 location. Much better quality and customer service.

Tree fell over preventing us from getting to our house. I placed an order on the app, accidentally placing it for the next night at 9:45pm. The owner got involved as the cashier kept lying to me telling me the order was already picked up. Owner arrives and I explained to him I'll take the hit for placing it the next night, but I have no need for a $35 pizza order at 9:45p on a Sunday night. He wouldn't refund me nor would he change the pickup time to an earlier time.

Piss poor customer service. I essentially paid for his employees to take my pizza home. I will NEVER return to this establishment.

honestly the two guys here are doing great. it’s very clean in here and they seem well put together. the food is always good big props to them i couldn’t imagine working with 1 other person and having 20 + customers in the span of 10 min food is great but they need some help. other customers are being very rude. i appreciate those guys and hope they get some more staff !!!! i have to take one star it’s just not fair they have to have only two people working. poor guys.

On the basis of the TV advertising I used the app to order a Stuffed Pizza Crust Pepperoni Pizza. The store had it ready and hot upon my 3 minute early arrival. I was extremely dissatisfied with the pizza. My problems were as follows:
1) The pizza was about ½ the thickness depicted in the AD.
2) The crust did not taste at all like pretzel
3) The coarse pretzel salt was excessive (too salty!) and not confined to the crust
4) The amount of cheese in the crust stuffing was minimal (not worth the $3 or 30% upcharge)

I will not make that mistake again. There is almost no truth in Little Caesars advertising.

Went to Little Ceasers to get a Lrg pepperoni pizza here in Dawsonville , I’ve been eating this pizza since the 80’s and for years I’ve eaten Little Ceasers all over America and it’s been good like the Little Ceasers unique taste, This one here does not have that Little Ceasers taste, And to top it off, They gave me one that was sitting there before I walked in and could hear them arguing who’s and where does it go, And of course they gave it to me, I decided to just take it because it was taking so long, big mistake, awful pizza, Sad that some restaurants don’t stay with the original recipes
