The speed of service is great itâs the food that is the problem. I get so tired of going through the drive thru quickly quickly drive away then look down and get a half filled fry or even better cold half filled fries. I understand portioning and I know you guys have the utensils available to portion properly. Please use them!! I feel that when I pay for food I have the expectation of receiving what I paid for!!!!! Itâs embarrassing and frustrating to have to turn around go back inside and demand to get what I should have gotten in the first place. Please retrain workers on proper portioning.. This is absolutely ridiculous it is not the first incident it happens almost every time.

Fast, clean, friendly, but chicken unusually dry like Zaxby's chicken. You really have to go to Chick-fil-A if you want chicken.

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and chicken is uncooked and then when i called to complain they rude on phone. I recommend when you order make sure your food is fully cooked.
