The staff could be more friendly. I was handed a bag. No thank you or have a good day. When I stay and asked it it was all there, she looked at me as if I was crazy .

I think if you are going to ask somebody in the drive through to pull into a spot to wait for their food then the least you could do is make sure the food is fresh. So why did I wait in a spot for 10 minutes today (mind you, I ordered ahead on the app also),l and when my food comes out the fries feel like they’ve been sitting on the counter for that entire 10 minutes? And they forgot my sauce. Do better McDonald’s. Every time I come to this location it’s a 50/50 chance of the food even being warm, and yall always forget sauces.

This store has gone down hill since Norma took over for Jamie.
2 nights in a row in the first week of August 2025 they dont have strawberry pies at all at 930pm. It isn't near closing time and 0 pies is not ok. Back when Jamie ran the place team was told to keep 2 to 4 pies at all times. Even the crappy birthday one.
Month before that they made 2 plain burgers look like a ketchup bottle exploded all over it. Outside bun was soaked in it.
It's just a shameful mess. Always smells like smoke when you go through drive thru. That's just a few things that I've noticed. Simple items and simple rule not to smoke near the store just seems bad.
