Johnny B was very unprofessional. Rushed us through the ordering process and about threw the food at us. Our stuff dumped in bag. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous

I placed a mobile order at the Dawsonville Panda Express for a meal that included Honey Sesame Chicken as one of the three entrees. When I went through the drive-thru to pick it up, they handed me my food without mentioning anything was missing. Once I got home, I realized they only gave me two entrees instead of three — and no Honey Sesame Chicken at all.
I had to drive all the way back, wasting my time and gas, just to get the food I originally paid for. When I got back to the drive-thru, they told me they were out of Honey Sesame Chicken, which is why they didn’t include it. I asked why no one said anything when I picked up my order, and their response was simply, “I don’t know.”
Rather than informing me or offering any kind of compensation, they just shorted my order and hoped I wouldn’t notice. Completely unacceptable. If you’re out of something, say it up front. Don’t knowingly hand customers incomplete orders and act like it’s no big deal. Disappointed and frustrated.

The food was bad and there was no ice
Mango guava drink is amazing! You gotta try it! Of course that in the orange chicken :-)
I would not recommend this place to anyone for a meal or a job. First off, whoever cooked my food specifically is using way too much sauce or simply not cooking the food long enough. All of they’re breaded entrees such as the walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and Beijing beef that I have eaten always come out soggy and mushy. As for service, I am rarely greeted with a smile and although I understand the need to serve quickly, I often feel rushed or given annoyed expressions at my indecisiveness. Finally I will comment on the atmosphere specifically given of by the workers. They all seem angry and frustrated. I understand the stress of food service but I am lead to believe there is something beyond that which has affected their moods. I would suggest that management readdress how respectful they are of their staff. These events do not encapsulate all of my experiences with the store as some have been good. However my last experience has lead me to make the bad ones known. I hope something is done by either corporate or management to address these issues but I will never know. Thank you.

went there for a quick lunch. the workers were super nice and did not act like lazy teenagers. the teriyaki chicken we good (never seems to disappoint) but the rice was a little hard. great overall!
Damn Teriyaki chicken and noodles got me in a serious chokehold rn!
This is a Panda Express that offers great customer service, good portions, easy access from the intersection, has sufficient parking, and the food is above average (compared to other Panda Express locations). It is a clean restaurant, maintains a good restaurant temperature, and working area is kept clean as well. Great place for lunch.
Shanna was so nice and kind! Great customer service. She deserves a raise 👏
The food and service here are very good. However, if you get chicken, you may occasionally encounter some hard pieces of tendon.
