Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place has probably the most ignorant fast food workers in the history of the business. I tried to come here again after them completely messing my order up a month ago . The lady was such an idiot I had to just the drive through. I asked if they had a buffalo sauce and she said she’s never heard of it , I then ask well what dipping sauces do you have , she names buffalo lol !! Then tells me it’s 35 cents for each one … I thought I was entitled to to at least the first for for free , anyways I just let and went to chicfila , they don’t charge extra for sauces and much better competent service

Wait is too long here... Even with two other people in the lobby it took longer then 30 minutes for some fast food fried chicken. Staff just looks and acts miserable, like you can see the hate and annoyince in their eyes... Now I remember why this place shut down a few years ago. Food was mid.

Won’t be back. We’ve tried several times to eat here and every time it’s a terrible experience. Cold food, slow service, and the manager and back of house are constantly yelling and having arguments. I felt so bad for the sweet new girl who was trying to take our order tonight. She won’t last in this toxic environment.

Went thru drive through was advised to pull
Forward fries we’re cooking and food would be brought out to me 15 minutes later I went inside they knew nothing about me waiting found food sitting on counter cold never offered apology or anything will never go back

Love that Popeyes chicken

One star only because I can't give 0! Avoid this location at all cost! I was literally served RAW chicken. Spent over 24 hours with vomiting and I'll spare you the other detail. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Ordered my food on line went to pick it up they lost it took 35 more minutes to get my food get it home and it was very overcooked most horrible chicken ever from Popeyes confronted the employees and they were very rude will travel next time to get Popeyes this one in dawsonville sucks 😞 very dis satisfied all around.

Hot and fresh friendly service

My Cajun rice was spoiled they did replace it so I went bk 4 days later which I shouldn’t have but I did and the chicken was old ! taste like they dropped old chicken back in the grease the skin was stale not crunchy just wet from the grease. I don’t know what’s this Popeyes have going on but it needs to be fixed .

I don't know what it is about this location. Every time I go here they lose orders, take forever, and otherwise waste an hour or two of my time. It's entirely infuriating.

I just sat in their waiting spot for 40 minutes watching 6 cars pass me to find out I can't even get my correct order because they low on chicken. They were pulling out fresh pieces when I made my order to begin with.

I won't be returning when there's literally a dozen places 1 minute away.

Horrible waste of $12 dollars, Drive thru order staff was in different and simply bad about their job. Food all breading. Where was the chicken? Never again!

I'm not a fan of the chicken. It's highly breaded which I don't like. If you like that then this is your place.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
Good for a quick in and out meal. We received our order very fast.
They also have a drive-thru and good amount of parking.

When going through the drive thru, I was met with very rude tone and almost sounded like she was mad that I was even considering order food from them..... explaining that if I want to order I was gonna have to wait for awhile......so I was fine with it being freshly cooked, so I advised I was fine with waiting......I wait about 15 min, but the food was not fresh at all.....I asked for spicy tenders.....they had zero seasoning......and the combo that I had to also wait for since they did not have any spicy.....it looked like it had been re cooked several times and tasted the same......Popeyes used to be one of my favorite places.....they all seem like they are just run down and gross now

Waited over 30 minutes for our food and it was super average. Not nearly as good as the location in cumming. Felt sorry for the 2 workers there trying to manage everything. Hard to manage an entire store with only 2 workers. You need more workers or close the drive thru. Won’t be back.
