Tried to tell me they were out of fries—really they just didn’t want to make any because they were closing soon. They were closing in two more hours! Wack.

They only ever have 1 fryer going. Takes forever to get an order. And if you deliver expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes extra if not more. Manager just complains that they dont have enough fryers. Not helpful at all. Disappointing restaurant.

Worse service, staff, and management.
Placed an order an hour prior while I get ready for work, cool prepaid and got ready. I pull up the the driver thru at the time its supposed to be ready and its not.
I've been sitting here 30 mins now for an order I paid for almost two hours ago. I'm late for work and hungry.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Their service is horrible. And I’m talking about the managers that are usually on duty when we go. They are rude, they treat their employees poorly. I felt so bad for this sweet young gentleman that was trying to take my order the other day. She kept cutting him off and talking over him while I was ordering in the drive thru. They never have food made, and they never want to give me what I’m ordering. I’ve pulled off or left this establishment, more than I’ve purchased food lately. And we love our Popeyes. But this specific store, just isn’t it. I just left again, because they had no chicken made. And the manager on duty had a nasty attitude. This will most likely be the last time I ever go to this Popeyes.

Well my son and I went to the drive-thru and the attendant was not listening to what I was saying so he kept repeating my order which would have been fine but when we were asked if we could wait 8 minutes on a spicy fire chicken and I said no, let me get whatever's ready. I thought that this would be a lot quicker. I paid, but he still asked me to pull forward for a small weight. We had to wait 10 minutes on food that was supposed to take 5 minutes. So I exited my vehicle, and I went in to check on it, and it wasn't until then that they threw the fries in the bag and handed it to me across the counter. It wasn't until we got in the car and to our destination that we realized there were no napkins, no forks, no condiments, or sauces in the bag. Normally, I would chalk it up to a long line with too many customers ,not enough workers, something was just going wrong that day , and not even worry about it .however, there were three employees inside, no customers inside or through the drive-thru , so having trouble understanding what took so long. And I'm perfectly fine waiting as long as someone tells me I'm going to be waiting and I have the time to wait however sneaking in a weight when I already said I couldn't wait for what we really wanted was what was disappointing if we had known everything wasn't 8 minute wait

I went there to order the fly shrimp tackle box, and I was refused service unless I downloaded the Popeye app and ordered the tackle box through the app online. I was dejected and walked out of the restaurant, and refusing to buy anything from the menu.

The wait times are extremely wrong and more often than not you're missing items.

Not sure what is worse… The food or their service. The staff looks pissed off that you dared go through their door. No smiles, no pleasantries. The food is served cold and bland.

Went here a few weeks ago. Burned all of our fries. Also asked for just a plain chicken sandwich and they just gave me a normal one. Also the drinks were horrible

Expensive and borderline inedible. The spicy chicken fingers were tiny, dried up and like jerky. No wonder its a ghost town. I used to love this place at one time. What happened?
Not going to lie, this was the best Popeyes I had in a while. Food was super fresh. Biscuits wasn't all dry and very fresh. Red beans was chefs kiss. Staff was super friendly too.
