Ray's Signature Grill

Walking in it looked like a cute little place, our server was very nice as well as patient when taking our order. I noticed mold on the ice machine where the ice comes out which grossed me out, the table we sat at was dirty and sticky. I had to take some paper towels to the bathroom to wet them and clean our table and the tables near us were also in need of cleaning. I wasn’t impressed with the food. I just got a single Pattie original burger, the patty was very salty so I could only take a few bites, the seasoned fries were okay, the ranch was good. My nephew got a mushroom Swiss burger and the patty again was salty, but he was hungry so he ate it. My mom got a skinny Carmel macchiato and it tasted kinda burnt, but the nice young lady exchanged it for a mint hot chocolate which mom was happy with. Overall I think this could be a good, but they really need to do some deep cleaning and keep it clean. We showed up right before lunch while it was still empty so all tables should have been clean. Hopefully management will take care of the cleanliness issues.

We stopped here for a quick breakfast. Had western wrap, sausage and egg biscuit, omelet and waffle bites. Food was quick and solid with a decent price. I would recommend.

went in around 2pm. tables were dirty, with trash left on them. I ordered a mushroom and swiss, what I got was a cold dry burger with ice cold onions and maybe a mushroom or two. the staff, what little we saw of them, obviously didn't want to be there. This place used to be awesome, but it's gone way down hill.

Update 10/27/25 The food and coffee was pretty good and the customer service was nice but the restaurant is dirty. The bathrooms are gross. The drink machine and the surrounding areas are dirty. It's the kind of dirty that happens after several shifts of neglect. I was grossed out after going into the restroom.

This food is so good! The breakfast is delicious!! Good service too.

We were traveling today and decided to stop by Rays. On first impression the burgers look amazing but immediately I noticed that the “grilled mushrooms” on my burger were straight out of a can and never once touched a grill. The meat had a weird flavor resulting in the burger being completely inedible. We were very excited to try them but were really disappointed. We did enjoy the corn nuggets and fries.

My husband and I were looking for somewhere new to eat breakfast and this place was one of the recommendations. The food looked amazing from the pictures people posted and we were really excited about trying it for the first time. When we pulled in the parking lot there were only a few cars and no one was in line inside.We approached the register to order and one of the guys working came out from the back and before we could say anything he said we’re not serving food right now because we’re extremely backed up. We were really confused because all of the tables inside were empty except 2 with 2 people at each one, no one else in line waiting for food, and not a car in the drive thru.

Hands down I love this place Kaitlin is a doll and always smiling and they have the best Prxan bliss milkshake and I love their saucy wrap . Would come here everyday if I could ;)

I will dine elsewhere. I have no problem being patient, but i have a problem being disregarded and attitudes for no reason. Restaurants are stressful and most people aren't cut out for the job because of that.

Everyone has their off days, but I had been going here for a while, now i will never be back. Again, i understand everyone has their days but i am spending HOW much on a wrap and drink and you wanna give me tone girly pop?

Great service! Suggested the turkey wrap special and crispy tots. Atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. Bins of candy at the front. Outdoor seating and a drive thru.

I enjoyed another great meal at Ray's Signature Grill for lunch today. I ordered the Bronco Burger (love the Bronco sauce: mayo, jalapeno, black pepper) and the freshly made bun. The onion rings were hot, crispy, and I polished them off first because they were so tasty. (The rings come with a petal dipping sauce but I didn't try it today.) I enjoyed half-n-half sweet/unsweet tea and it was fresh! Absolutely nothing worse than spoiled tea in summer heat, but also nothing better than fresh tea in summer heat. Ray's delivered on every item! I was craving one of the decadent coffee drinks, but I'll try that on my next stop. I love how convenient this restaurant is to my NGHS/NGPG location. Makes going for a treat after a mammogram or doctor visit a little sweeter, ha! 😉 Also, the staff today were just the kindest, most sincere young ladies. Super engaging, quick and attentive. I can't say you get that service in most places these days. They seemed happy to be there, ready to serve, and pleasant in every way. The restaurant was super clean and you can just recognize the owner's generosity with little things like barrels of candy that you can just enjoy a sweet tooth indulgence free of charge. Lastly, I would say that yes the food can be served relatively fast and there is a drive-thru, but don't expect cheap fast food prices or cheap fast food taste. Everything was super fresh and quality! I think the price is comparable to a quality freshly made sub sandwich or freshly made bread/soup/salad restaurant. I believe you get what you pay for and you pay for what you get. Thanks Ray's for being delicious, cheerful, and awesome!
