I don't know who the two ladies that were there today. I know one of them her name was Tasha. And it would be nice if she finish preparing the drinks before walking away while chatting and laughing. She came back to make the wrong drink, too. Tells me that what I'm getting is what I asked for. It wasn't. Hands me four pastries, no bag because she's too busy laughing and chatting. Go figure. I say thank you after all and nothing back...because she was too busy chatting and laughing.

Orderd the Carmel crunch barely had any Carmel in it when he gave it to me. So I asked can I please get some Carmel on top ? And the guy told me that Carmel and whip cream doesn't taste good but sure.. um maybe not to you but I like it and it always comes with a Carmel... wasn't a great experience. ??♀️? Just because you don't like something you can't change the way it's made ??

This STARBUCKS!!! Always gets my drink right! I refuse to go to another Starbucks bc they have all gotten lazy making my favorite drink (Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso). Thank you for always being awesome! Being so kind to my daughter and I and replacing my drink when I spilled it all over the ground This is my go to Starbucks for over a year now and id rather park and go in with my toddler then deal w a drive-thru Starbucks that gets my drink wrong 90% of the time even after "remaking" it.
