This morning’s I was order mobile for APP at 10:26 and I was arrived at the store at 10:29 cause the app said already at 10:29 so I arrived there almost 10:30. When I go in the store there is First Lady ask me “how can she help me” i said mobile order for Amy. She said already in like couple minutes. Almost like 10:40 I ask again but no one answered me. There is lady come through then I ask her how long it will take cause I’m about late for work, she told me “they just received my order” . If you not sure ready by 10:29 why would the app ready by 10:29. Bad service. Also I did saw all lot order was stick on the top. Is not evening make it.

I had ordered a Pink Drink, and within 2 minutes it was finished. When I looked at the cup, I was shocked to see that about 80% of it was filled with ice. Basically, I paid $8 for a cup of ice. This was really frustrating, and since I was already on the highway, I couldn’t go back. I truly believe brands should pay more attention to things like this!

Let me start off by praising these three incredible individuals working here at this location. Their names are Bianca, Chloe, & Leah they were beyond polite and offered great customer service. This Starbucks stands out. If you are ever in the area of Dawsonville, Georgia. Come visit this location for great coffee and customer service.

I came here on Labor Day and Sarah in the drive thru was SO nice & personable. She stopped what she was doing and just chatted with me like we were the best of friends. I realize this is the luxury that comes with it not being slammed, and that this can't happen when it's 20 cars deep. But I've been plenty of places when its slow & usually employees seem more eager to get back to not dealing with customers (which is understandable as there are other duties to attend to), whereas Sarah was using the extra time to just be kind and personable with the customers. It makes a big difference, especially when we live in a world where you interact with automated things a lot of the time & lose that human to human interaction.

There was a little mix up this morning with my drink but it was an honest mistake. A couple of the girls seemed a little sassy but the older lady (Im sorry I didn't catch your name) who took my order at the front counter was VERY sweet and apologized for my name not being written down. Definitely keep her around, she seems so nice and genuine. She has long hair kept back in a ponytail and was a bit older than the rest of the bunch. And my drink was delicious.

They put a little too much milk in my wife’s espresso, even after we asked for light whole milk, but we were traveling and didn’t want to make a fuss about it. It’s strange how so many people get it wrong. I think folks wrist’s have a twitch or something that doesn’t allow them to add a small amount when pouring. But nonetheless, it was fine. I just want to mention this to say that it could be worked on. Everything else was just fine.

The food is always fine, but every-time the girl with the purple hair is working it’s always extremely uncomfortable. She won’t make eye contact with you or engage in conversation. I understand anxiety and other conditions that make socializing difficult exist, but as someone who also has social anxiety, having someone completely ignore you when you’re just trying to be nice ruins the vibe. If I ever see this person in drive-thru again, I won’t even try to talk to her. I just hope management isnt forcing her to work a station she’s completely uncomfortable with. That’s not fair to her or the customers.
