I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell at this location. I placed a mobile order for a Meal for 4 and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos Fries. When I arrived, the employee repeated my entire order back to me 100% correct, so I trusted everything was good.

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the Nachos was missing from my order. It’s frustrating because I specifically ordered and paid for it, and it was clearly repeated back to me at pickup.

I understand mistakes happen, but this could have been avoided by double-checking the bag before handing it out to customer.

I hope management can work on improving order accuracy, especially for mobile orders and pick up!

Taco Bell where do I start. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in you. Around 2ish o clock I was running errands when i thought to myself. Why not go get some Taco Bell my most favorite place to eat. I’ve never been more excited in my life. I dream of this place day and night. I walked in normal as always ready to get the same thing. A beefy 5 layer an extra cup of cheese and a Baja blast freeze. I’m waiting for my order manifesting the food when I take a bite. It was disgusting. I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. I’ve given countless reviews only 5 stars of how much I love this place and this is how you treat your loving customers. I expected a lot more and for this I have to give it a 1 star. Next time I come back to this place I expect the best burrito that has ever hit my mouth.

I mean, it's Taco Bell, I'm about to complain about it a little but, I'll probably still come back here and there.

That being said, this is one of the worst drive-thru situations I've seen a while. Lines regularly go out to the road or nearly wrap around the building, even not at peak times or late into the night. I don't tend to have issues with food quality or accuracy, which is nice, but the fact they seem constantly busy and unable to juggle more than one car at a time means something needs to be reworked or fixed.

I order mostly on the app. Today they ran out of CO2 which I understand. I asked for a refund for the sodas I purchased and was told no. They have tea and water. Water is free and we do not drink tea. I was upset to say the least because I had to make another stop to get drinks for our family and buy them else where when I had already paid for them with our meals... I work in the industry I could have been refunded for the drinks or offered something else at same price value.. I also know they can turn the drinks off on their online app. It's been done before. The rudeness of the management just telling me no she can't refund or offer something else . Plus it took 25 minutes past the time the app said that my order would be ready. I'm upset.

Foods ok but half my order is missing most of the time and they are so slow at taking orders and keeping the drive thru moving that it clogs up the road causing issues and people to leave the line. Like 5 minutes or longer for cars and for awful service or food missing. Absolutely awful and will not be coming back
