I mean, it's Taco Bell, I'm about to complain about it a little but, I'll probably still come back here and there.
That being said, this is one of the worst drive-thru situations I've seen a while. Lines regularly go out to the road or nearly wrap around the building, even not at peak times or late into the night. I don't tend to have issues with food quality or accuracy, which is nice, but the fact they seem constantly busy and unable to juggle more than one car at a time means something needs to be reworked or fixed.

I order mostly on the app. Today they ran out of CO2 which I understand. I asked for a refund for the sodas I purchased and was told no. They have tea and water. Water is free and we do not drink tea. I was upset to say the least because I had to make another stop to get drinks for our family and buy them else where when I had already paid for them with our meals... I work in the industry I could have been refunded for the drinks or offered something else at same price value.. I also know they can turn the drinks off on their online app. It's been done before. The rudeness of the management just telling me no she can't refund or offer something else . Plus it took 25 minutes past the time the app said that my order would be ready. I'm upset.

They messed up my order when I got my food it was very wimpy!!!!
Foods ok but half my order is missing most of the time and they are so slow at taking orders and keeping the drive thru moving that it clogs up the road causing issues and people to leave the line. Like 5 minutes or longer for cars and for awful service or food missing. Absolutely awful and will not be coming back

My order couldn’t have been much more simple. I ordered a couple boxes that come with drinks, and an additional side order of nacho fries with cheese. The teenage boy in the window with longer brown hair was too stoned to even remember to give my drinks before I mentioned he didn’t give them to me. They also elected to replace my chips with fries in one of my boxes instead of giving me the chips that I paid for. There was not even the extra cheese sauce that I literally paid for. The people working at this Taco Bell need to be drug tested, and they need to be trained to put food in a bag properly.

Food takes over half an hour to be ready even they aren't busy. Half the food is cold when it's ready. The staff is extremely rude. They do not try to fix order mix ups and insist you are either wrong or should just take the wrong order. They do not care if they are giving you the wrong order, it doesn't matter whether it's your name or not they still try to force the wrong order.
