Taco Mac Dawsonville

Had a wonderful experience eating here. Manager took care of an issue we had and our food was wonderful. I recommend the garlic parmasan wings, lemon pepper dry rub wings, and fries.

Taco Mac is my guilty pleasure. Is the food top notch? No but it's good. Is the service top notch? No but it's good. Is the atmosphere top notch? For me yes I love all the sports on tvs and the people watch is great. My wings were good but no great. The price is fair the server was friendly but obviously had too many tables to properly cover the groups she had. It's not that she was bad she wasn't it's more on Taco Mac to hire the proper amount or staff for a Wednesday. The restaurant wasn't packed but the staff was having to really hustle to keep everyone happy. Again I love Taco Mac and it's really good.....but not great

this past time, it was just ok. service was slow, one of the orders was wrong and drink refills were not happening.

Food was ok, some food came out cold. Sauces are interesting, but the server was unable to distinguish which flavor was in the containers

With going out to dinner these days being so expensive, the place has to be excellent! Unfortunately Taco Mac is now off the list due to the food being mediocre. The service was excellent, but again food is simply mediocre.

So yummy and you must try the cronuts!!!!!

Good food Great service!

Went out with friends on Monday to get a drink. Ordered guac and some entrees. Had a bite of the quac only to find a long blonde hair sticking out of it. 🤮 The waitress was apologetic and very sweet. The manager came over after a while and said I heard you found a hair in your food. Okay.... I sent him on his way. That's not how you approach customers when your staff screwed up.

Anyway the service was excellent but the food was disgusting.

Overall good experience. The food was above average, a few items were a little overcooked but nothing that would make it inedible.

Staff were helpful but it was a bit slow with service at a non peak time, our server was hard to track down sometimes but efficient with any questions/tasks once found.

Atmosphere is not my thing, way to much TV going on with the channels and each TV having sound on was a bit overwhelming and irritating. However I do know that is a sports type spot so that's more on me then Taco Mac, just a heads up.

As I said, overall good place to eat.

Rule of thumb when eating in dawsonville. If the restaurant has a Gainesville location go to Gainesville. This taco mac has the worst wings ever. Had some Cajun wings. They worse horrible. Those wings were so bad they turned me into a woke warrior. I searched all I could about the Cajun people because those wings were so bad they had to be racist. I learned who the Cajun people were and where they were from. Those wings were so bad it took me through a history lesson. Those wings tasted like that sorry marinara sauce from olive garden. The service was good at least. Our waitress was nice and speedy.

Cannot believe a sports bar that charges the prices they do doesn’t have ESPN+ or some way to watch the Masters… whole bar was watching on their phones propped on napkin holders. If you want to watch Chive TV with people doing backyard wrestling then this is the place. If you are serious about watching sports, go elsewhere.

We visited for spring break and the service and food was amazing!!! Thank you for being professional and welcoming and making sure we were served with excellent customer service and food.
