Food was the regular decent waffle house food, but service was terrible. I don't know what that girls problem was, but I'm sorry we were such a bother. Every request we had was met with a dirty look or some find sigh and snobby response. This was not just once, but every single time, even when taking our order, and we no special requests or anything. I doubt we will return. It was just not pleasant.

Server yelled at high school kids on a date to make sure they tipped their wait staff. They already had, except one couple who only had enough money to buy a drink for him and his date. So out of line and rude! Have reached out to main office but never got a response.

We decided to try out the new Waffle House as it’s closer to my house. We sat down and the female server was RUDE. Condescending and not very nice. After we placed our order she continued to have an attitude so my husband said “do not put in our order, we are leaving.” We got up walked out and went to our favorite Waffle House over by el campesino. Beware going here!

This was WaHo was the best WaHo I've ever had the pleasure of dining at. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the interior was clean, and the food was delicious (and not too greasy, which was a great plus)! Will be back!

Never have I ever had such a pleasant experience at Waffle House and I can say even with having an issue with my order! ANDREW was cooking the meals and seemed to be running the show. Off the charts pleasant attitude and VERY observant of all going in the the restaurant. He picked up my the issue with my order and resolved it on the spot. Again, with a terrific attitude!!!!
I was so impressed with the staff and the store. The food was exceptional as usual, but everybody was so friendly. They’re usually friendly, but they were having fun together. You could tell everybody enjoyed being there, and for me, that makes it so much more enjoyable. The food taste better when you know that the people who made it enjoy doing what they’re doing. And their manager, I wish I had gotten his name, was on point. And when I say that I do not say that lightly. I will be back there three times a week until my heart explodes

Showed up at 11:45 pm waited 15 mins no hello no clean tables. The restaurant was mostly empty. We will never return.

Avoid! Not friendly, no greeting, had to ask if we could sit somewhere, non-existent service....and there were only a couple others here so it's not like they were busy, just lazy! We decided to leave and not patronize. We won't go back to this one!

Gross. This is a zero star… don’t go here… had to give one star review. We watched as an employee threw water all over the floor and set dirty utensils from the floor on the counter that stayed for the entirety of our meal. As I finished my waffle, under one of my lasts bites, was not just one hair, but MULTIPLE HAIRS. The waitresses immediately saw my face as I held back getting sick. The manager ran over to say he’d take care of our meal, we went to get up to leave as I was physically ill and he called up for us to pay for the rest of the bill besides the waffle! We had already left a $10 on the table for the service because she was excellent and that’s all we had. I was flabbergasted that after seeing a plate full of hair, we needed to pay for anything. This place is disgusting. Don’t let it’s “newness” fool you. Find somewhere else to eat.
