Ordered a 10 piece Spicy Nugget and two Dave's Singles through the Drive-Thru. Got home and in the bag was a 6 piece Spicy Nugget and two regular cheeseburgers with pickles and onions. Staff is very friendly!

The night manager, Titus always makes things right but I feel like every time I come there's always an issue...I went during the day today and they said the payment didn't fo through but cane out of my account and I showed them - same amount, same day. They said it would go back on because it didn't print a receipt..okay. not according to Wells Fargo. Again, it is always something there.

I felt sorry for the cashier. He was doing a good job until some snarky female (I assume a lead or manager) came over and admonished him pretty rudely in front of us. He was totally embarrassed.

Ordered a bacon doubke stack biggie meal and didn’t get one thing that i ordered.. what a shame. I’m at home sick with COVID , can finally eat and all i wanted was nuggets from Wendy’s. I can’t even enjoy them because i never got them. Called the store, and they can’t even locate my door dash order ?? I have the receipt right here printed from their store.
1. No bacon on Sammy 2. No nuggets — but gave me the ranch for the nuggets?? 3. No fries

Slow service, then they don’t give you the right order, and ask you to wait longer behind the people who ordered food after you. I love Wendy’s, but this one needs a total staff change. Worst Wendy’s experiences I’ve ever had have came from this store. If you need a good manager I’m available for 100k a year. Im servesafe certified and I will run circles around every manager you have. I can run all your stores. Good work ain’t cheap, cheap work ain’t good. Your store at Dawson Crossing is an embarrassment to Wendy’s.

I ordered three Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwiches, but we were only given two and charged for two. We didn't realize this until we got home since it was late at night. We went back to pick up the third sandwich, and everything seemed fine. However, when we got home, we discovered that instead of the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwiches, they had given us Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwiches with bacon. As an Indian, I don't eat bacon, and the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich doesn't typically have bacon. At that point, we were too tired to go back and correct the order again. Had to the throw the burgers away ?♂️

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now, I took a break from Wendy’s for about six months cause I was just tired of how inconvenient their drive-through is. I got a hair up my butt and went to Wendys today. Dawsonville and their fast food restaurants really need to get it together. I would’ve rather gone to Chick-fil-A, but it was Sunday
