Sat for 20mins with nobody even coming to take our drink order, so we left. Multiple staff even walked by and looked at us - no initiative to even speak since we never even had drinks served. We won’t be returning.

I mean, I only came to order fries for the wife…. And the fries were actually good! BUT I saw the price and thought “dang that must be a lot of fries for $6+”
That was $6+ worth. 🤷♀️ so I hate to leave this as a review but come on.

Wow i mean the stuff look good on the menu but we are litterally still here and been here for over an hour and haven’t got our food yet. Others who got here after us even got their food first and they’re bigger parties than us. Our server is nice and i get it can get busy but for us to wait a while for our food and see others get theirs first kinda sucks.

We had 4 adults and one infant in our party. The waitress was extremely nice and placed the order for the baby before we were ready to place our order. When everything came out it was amazing! My daughter had the beef nachos, which she barely made a dent in because there was so much! I had Fajita Fiesta wrap and fries which was chef's kiss! My oldest daughter had shrimp skewers, Mac and cheese and fries and said they were amazing. My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries and left nothing! I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!!!

Picked up a take out order. Waste of money. Worlds smallest, scrawniest wings ever. Very overpriced and mediocre at best.

We visit this location 2 to 3 times each month. We love the fact that they have a patio area that allows pets and live music on the weekends. Service and food is always hit or miss, but tonight was the worst experience we have had in any restaurant in many years.
As usual, we sat in the patio area and asked to have the doors propped on (as usual) so we could enjoy the band. There was a large party of parents and kids seated out there as well. The kids were completely out of control. Running and screaming and playing tag across the whole room. I realize that kids are loud, however this was extreme. I understand that they can't allow pets in the main dining room, but it was interesting that our dog was better behaved than any of the kids. They were so loud that people who were seated in the dining room shut the door to the patio, because the noise from the kids made it so they could not enjoy the band, even though they were in the same room.
Our server was slow and inattentive. It took a while to get our drink orders and when the order was finally taken and drinks served, they did not bring the sweetener for my wife's tea. It took another 10 minutes for her to drop off a few packs of splenda, which my wife had already gone and grabbed some from the waitress station.
When the fried mushrooms were dropped off, no silverware, napkins or plates were provided and the server had disappeared again. My wife had to go into the other room and grab napkins. By the time the plates and silverware made it out, they were cold. At least we had a few before they cooled off. The wings, once they came out were good, however we had ordered an order of grilled chicken for the dog, that did not come out.
The chicken was not brought to the table, until we had finished eating, so we had them package it to go.(the waitress did comp the chicken).
During the whole ordeal the kids were running around the room, including around our table, screaming, sliding around on the concrete floor and the parents showed no concern and just let them go. Staff did nothing to help the situation and the manager on duty did nothing to make it better.
The music, what we could hear of it was good, up till the time the door was shut because the kids were disrupting the whole place with the door open.
We have been loyal customers there for years. Friday, sat nights and bingo night. I understand that they were a big party, however that does not make it right to give them the ability to disrupt the atmosphere for everyone else.
This place has always struggled to maintain a big crowd and food and service has always been spotty, but the atmosphere is usually good. They need to do better. This may impact our decision on where to go in the future. If they look right down the street at Taco Mac they will see a capacity restaurant that is well run and has good service. That should tell them that success is possible if they manage it properly. Don't know how much longer they can hang on with the crowd shrinking due to poor management.

Recommended dishes: Chicken Wings
We ordered the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer and it was the weirdest dip ever. Big chunks of chicken in a watery mix of buffalo sauce and ranch. The chicken pieces were so big, they were hard to scoop. It overall looked like a thrown together mess. I ordered the fajita wrap with onion rings. The wrap was also a thrown together soggy mess of food that tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill and sat under a heat lamp for who knows how long. My onion rings were way undercooked and doughy on the inside. My husband's wings were overcooked as well. When we complained, the only thing offered was something else on the menu. The little bit i did eat made me feel very sick so why on earth would I want to risk something else on the menu? Very disappointing and expensive experience.

This is an updated review as this location has been steadily declining in the food quality and service overall. The service is hit or miss and there seems to be a lack of training for employees. I have visited probably a dozen times over time and will not return. Sorry to see this happen.

Server was amazing!! Shannon made our visit very memorable. Food was delicious too. I love the feathers with steamed broccoli, healthy and delicious!! Husband like the burgers and fries. Wings are always big, juicy and super tasty. I love all the different flavors available. I’m very happy with the new menu selection….good variety.

Good food - terribly slow service. Went on a Saturday after 2pm, restaurant was less than half full at the time, only had 2 in our group. Waited by the front door with a line of others, girl working the bar kept saying a server would seat us shortly. After waiting 10 minutes the girl from the bar had to seat us herself. Our server had troubling remembering and carrying two drinks - tea and water. Once the order was placed we were not served for another 35-40 minutes. Upon looking around the establishment most patrons had empty tables and you could clearly see a line of servers waiting in the kitchen.

So we came in to get an appetizer, some drinks, and our entrees to go. We ended up paying over $100 for 2 people. First, they over charged me for something. We could probably look past that, but when we were given our food initially, they forgot it was a to-go order and brought it out on plates. We had to remind them it was to go, so they went back to put it in to-go containers. When we got home, we realized that they reduced the size of some of the parts of my salad in order to accommodate the to-go containers, and they also forgot the 2 dressings I ordered (and paid for).So basically, less food, less drink, more money. This is one of my favorite restaurants, has been for many years, and I wondered why so many locations were closing I can see why now.

There is undoubtedly a staffing issue at this location — at least on Sundays. My family has come in on numerous occasions and ordered food. Once our order is placed, we are informed there would be a long wait to receive our orders as the kitchen is short-staffed due to employee call-outs. I understand that life happens and employees call out, but the wait times are absolutely asinine! The first time this occurred we waited an hour and 15 minutes for our appetizers just to be served raw, inedible fried mushrooms. Today we gave them another chance & we waited over 45 minutes to receive our appetizers & our son’s meal was cold… As the waitresses are reiterating to us that it’s going to be a while, the hostess is continuing to seat large parties & fill the entire restaurant inside & out. If staff is an issue, all of the tables should not be getting seated at the same time!
All in all: Management, it would be nice to have transparency prior to being seated to expect longer-than-average wait times — especially for parties with younger kids. Keeping a child entertained and patient for their food for that period of time is difficult enough and it would be nice to be given the information and the choice to go elsewhere.

50 dollars for 3 drinks will be what ends this place. Some bar tenders act like they are doing you a favor, and the food is terrible!
