The ambiance was ok, service was terrible. I sat down an hour and a half before closing the waiter took 20 minutes to take our order and we didn't even get our food. The toilets were dirty as shit too.

The Bavarian pretzels are big for an appetizer, but it's soft and full of flavor. We got an order of the Buffalo dip as well. The dip is great on the chips or the pretzels. Our waitress was amazing and took great care of us. We will visit this location again.

Ok food and attentive friendly server while having lunch. The joint seems a bit worn and could use a good scrubbing tbh. Our silver ware reminded me of Army boot camp and the menus were filthy.

Went in this past Saturday at 6pm. They were steady but not overly busy. Lots of empty tables. We waited 15 minutes, multiple servers looked at us but no one came over. Saw multiple other tables be sat and waited on but not us. Finally gave up after 20 minutes of waiting. This place has gone down hill fast. Last visit was good but you can tell they are slacking these days. Floor was also filthy. May try it again in the future as the food is usually good but will sit at the bar from now on. A ruined date night for us. Went to the new outback instead and had amazing service and food. Edit- the GM reached out to us and our next experience was awesome. They took great care of us, food was excellent and service was amazing. We had a great time the second time around.

I was so disappointed in my visit on 2/27. Chicken wings are the smallest I have ever seen- not worth the money at all. Will not be back until this changes at all-

I went in and the first thing I heard was the manager named Jason belittling the hostess. He was angry with her and not afraid for customers to see. The food was okay, and they got one of our orders wrong but was able to fix it. I hope the manager controls his anger. I can’t imagine the atmosphere the employees feel when he’s present.
A couple weeks ago my son and I went to lunch and he loved all the food, the chips were crunchy the wings were juicy and my sliders were cooked like smash burgers. We told the family and went back last night for dinner. The chips were not cooked all the way, my burger meat didn’t taste fresh, like it was cooked frozen.I was disappointed because we were excited about the food being just as good as that lunch and it was sub par.The service was excellent, but I didn’t want to complain at that time. Our family was enjoying ourselves.

Absolutely horrific!! If you are at the outlets and want to eat something, save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else. The food does not match its description on the menu at all. The food is barely edible , it taste like burnt plastic. I never complain about food, but this is straight pitiful. I should've gotten paid to eat here. The worst part is everything is way overpriced and most meals don't even come with a side.
