WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I ordered the steak burger with no cheese (as stated on their menu) to be delivered. I'm lactose intolerant. When it arrived it had cheese on it. Why put cheese on a burger that specifically says on the menu NO CHEESE? I called the restaurant and explained what happened and was told there wasn't anything that could be done because it was the mistake of the kitchen employees, and if i didn't want it to throw it away. They should have offered to refund my money. Someone needs to be checking the orders before they are picked up.

I've tried contacting the owner and corporate several times before this review because I don't like leaving bad reviews but I will be going anywhere but here for wings. Online order messed up so I called to place to go order. The teenager working there, Lincoln, asked if we placed two orders and said they've been having issues with that. He informed us he can't give us a refund and talk to corporate. After i asked multiple times for the owner to contact me, he finally took my name and number down but a week later and ive heard nothing. I'm in disbelief with how this has been handled. Now, I have to go threw my bank.

I tried WNB today. I got the Philly cheese steak, fries, and wings. The over all meal was good but I have advice for the owner of this place. Make sure your workers are cooking the food to order. I cook and I know that the beef in my sandwich wasn't as fresh as it should of been. The fries were good so I can't say anything about them. The wings were the highlight of everything and very good.

I will try this place again in couple of weeks to give the owner time to speak to the managers and cooks. This place should be consistently busy and it will be if they make up their mind not to use old items to cook. The beef needs to be ordered and cooked within two days and then another order. That way everything is top notch and that goes for all their ingredients. I would give out samples of wings like BBQ and lemon pepper during lunch hours outside. Make some sliders and let your name build up. Make sure your cooking fresh and not lazy. This place has potential and I hope they listen.

As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, it is refreshing to go into a place and receive top notch customer service. Everytime I have gone into this restaurant, the employees (mostly teenage boys) have been engaging, respectful and helpful. Kudos to their boss and parents for teaching them respect and great customer service. 👏

Asked for 6 all flat wings but they were not able to make this but after speaking with someone else they were able to mix the wings with FLATS ??? And I was extremely polite and I was hung up on lol NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE ORDERED THE SAME ORDER I’VE BEEN GETTING FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND TONIGHT WE WANT TO HAve PROBLEMS???

Ordered through DoorDash but this was probably the best food I’ve ever had through them!! Definitely will order again in the future.
Honey lemon pepper chicken, fries, & fried pickles were fresh & delicious. The moz sticks were good but they definitely seem like the frozen kind to me, the cheese wasn’t stringy — more like a cheese stick.
Overall the food was SO good & highly recommend!!

watered down and subpar to other locations, rice is overcooked and kinda crunchy, wings are small and overseasoned, chicken sandwich was small and had unseasoned hard chicken tenders unlike other locations with actual breasts.

If I could give it less of a score, I would. They serve raw chicken wings and a terrible attitude about making it right. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Went to this location for the first time on 5/2/25, great customer service great food! On 5/3/25 returned, the first bite of my fiancés wings, raw/bloody wing. Spoke with the young boy at the register who tried to say that it was a bloody stain. After a few minutes, he reluctantly agreed to have them remade. Left the full combo meal at the front, then only received the wings remade, no fries for the combo or I guess I was suppose to eat the cold fries with the remade wings??? Poor customer service!
