WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

I stumbled upon this place and I'm so glad I did! You wouldn’t expect a wings and burger joint to serve amazing bulgogi bowls, but all their Korean dishes are delicious. The dumplings are fantastic, and the marinated cucumbers are a must-try. I live in Cleveland and make the drive to Dawsonville just to eat here. The father-son duo running the place is incredibly nice and welcoming. You should definitely check them out!

Great place for quality burgers, wings and milkshakes. Loved the menu selection and food. Service was great and food served in quick time. Clean and great for families.

Very very very tiny wings. One bite and you’re done. Alright flavor. Not the worst ive ever had, but the wings are seriously incredibly tiny.

The first two times we’ve eaten here it was great. Since then, EVERY single time we come here our order is wrong. One of the burgers is advertised with a fried egg, they give you scrambled. I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal but it tastes different. They advertise a fried egg, the receipt says fried egg and you get scrambled ??‍♀️ when asked about it they said “we don’t have eggs, it’s egg beaters”. Which is weird because I’ve had the fried egg twice at this location. My husband asked the cook and he said they DO have eggs but their boss says they can’t make them. They should change their advertisement and maybe tell the customer when they’re ordering that they don’t have what they’re asking for instead of replacing it with what they want to replace it with.

Tried charging extra for cheese on the cheeseburger and then extra for the wings sauce. Also, ordered slaw and was not told until the order was served that the slaw was out. I had already paid. Fries were cold and hard. The drink machine was out of most drinks. I’ll never go back.

I went into the location and ordered a chicken cheesesteak at 1:40pm. There were three patrons seated eating and I was the only person ordering to go at the time. After I ordered, there were four more guests that ordered within 10 minutes of me waiting for my order. I sat there and watched as one of the three that ordered 5 minutes after me received his food. 8 minutes later the second received his food before me. 5 minutes later, the third individual received her food. I sat there 30 minutes with no food, offer of a drink, or alert that there was a delay with my order. I approached the register and told the manager that I have been waiting 30 minutes for my order and watched people who ordered after me receive their food. I requested a refund at that time. He reviewed my receipt and stated what I ordered and proceeded to the back to the kitchen. After a couple minutes, he surfaced still with no food… He said it’s our fault with no explanation and gave me a ref with a coupon for 10% off my next order. In that moment, I’ve sat in the establishment for 30 minutes anticipating a meal and I walked out the door empty handed… a coupon for 10% off my next meal is not enough to repay me for the time I wasted. Poor quality of service and a horrible experience.

Let me just say that my family is filled with unrepentant okra snobs... and this place impressed everyone in the house tonight. Perfectly fried, hot, delicious, and reasonably priced for the portion size. Don't sleep on this place! I'll be back, for sure.

Exceeded my expectations! Probably one of the best wings and lemon pepper rubs Ive ever had. Food came out HOT and everything tasted so fresh- wings didnt look like cheap meat either.I love Lemon Pepper and their wet version was true to the Lemon which I LOVED; it tasted like fresh squeezed lemons! Rice was super hot and yummy. We came back the very next day and Im always shocked there are hardly any customers at this location.Give them a try!
