The staff was helpful...kinda. No splenda (or any other sweetener) for the unsweet tea. The food was good. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY. Everything was gross. Drink station counter covered in syrup. Dome for the desserts has never met a rag with water. Glass was filthy. Air vents caked with dust. The place is never cleaned. Won't go back or get takeout.

This was the MOST disgusting place I have ever eaten at. Slice #2 and I felt nauseous looking around.
Every door was sticky, every table was full of crumbs and spilled drinks from the previous customers. Whatever was leftover of the ingredients were all mixed in with each other due to the lack of cleanliness on the counter. The desserts looked like they were sitting there since the morning, but the container couldn’t have been cleaned for weeks.
Icing on the cake? Messed up our pizzas.

You can't order on the app because the app doesn't send the notice to the restaurant. It can take 30 minutes before it sends. Whenever I order on the app the food not ready. They start making it after I arrive. This has gone on for years. Good by Blaze. You didn't care about your customers.

Although I got my pizza, i watched about 30 or 40 people walk out with nothing. You need to hire some more people. Three employees on a Friday night is crazy. The staff that was there were doing their best but they were set up for failure.

The pizza is delicious. I traditionally get takeout once a week. The customer service problems have always been so bad that it makes it almost not worth it. A while back it was taken over by new owners. I talked with the new owner personally. I felt optimistic regarding coming improvements. However, there have been none.
My main problem is that the app does not work, such that the restaurant only receives my order at the same time I walk in to pick up my order (!). So I have to sit and wait for my pizza to be made and cooked, which defeats the whole purpose.
I asked for the owner's phone number, but was not allowed to have it. (Why let your customers contact you and why learn about problems? Stay above it all!). The in-store manager is worthless and knows nothing and does nothing to improve.
I have thus mostly stopped going. But on Friday night I was desperate for a Pizza, and after having problems at Mellow Mushroom I flew over to Blaze. When I got there at almost 8pm there was a line. And for a full 5-6 minutes it did not move. The workers there moved and made the pizza at a snails pace. No urgency whatsoever. If this place were run by Chick-fil-A with CFA workers I would have had my pizza well in process if not made within those 5-6 minutes.
Since the line was going nowhere fast and since the workers--the supposed new and improved workers who replaced the old inefficient workers--were slow and uncaring, I could see that it would take forever to get a pizza (it takes longer to order the pizza than it does for them to cook it).
I walked out and went to Publix to get a frozen pizza. After many years of being a faithful and regular customer, I think I am done with Blaze Pizza. It's too bad--such a good model, and such good, quick, low-cost pizza. It is truly a shame that bad management ruins all of this potential.
