First let me say that the shaved ice was fantastic. It was very good. My only issues are that it was very uncustomizable, I'm not a huge fan of that. If I want a specific flavor but I don't want a large (the portion sizes are massive btw), then I should be able to get that same flavor as a small or medium (not the case here, I would've had to get the large. We wanted to give this a place try since we were craving shaved ice. I got the mochi Heaven but substituted the strawberry SunO base for the taro base, which is only $0.50 extra. The taro taste is the same as taro milk tea. Mochi and condensed milk always goes well with either strawberry or taro shaved ice.
