My drink was perfect. I wish I’d gotten the barista’s name. She and the lady who took my order are just great people.
Besides the iffy likelihood I get what I ordered and a few poor customer service moments this is an otherwise good Starbucks.
But I don't know where to go to complain about the fact that an orange Nissan Sentra is the pain of my pickup experience. Many time I have come to pickup my order but this car is a terrible parker and always parks in the 5- min pick up spot. It's not a problem if that car actually was only there for 5-10 minutes. Great little location. People are kind. One thing is, maybe the signage for the bathroom locking mechanism should be a little bigger so people can easily see how to indicate that it is locked. I accidently walked in on some one because the light flashed green for entry rather than red for occupied!!
