The pizza is great and you can customize your pizza, the best I had in Atlanta. Good ambience. Highly recommend place.Vegetarian options: There are great vegetarian options but if you're a hard-core vegetarian, you might be disappointed as they sometimes kind of mix up things (not on your pizza but when they build pizza they keep shuffling between the veg & non-veg sections).

No one greeted me when I first walked in, the associate just looked at me and went back to what they were doing. I was picking up an online order and had to wait over 20 minutes to be serviced, only to find out they never received my order. Apparently the system was down so they never received any online order. Why wouldn’t you remove that option for ordering until the problem is resolved? There were only 2 girls working there on a Saturday morning and neither one of them moved with a sense of urgency. Mind you there were 3 people ahead of me waiting to provide the details of their order. If it’s one thing I cannot tolerate is the lack of business ethics and professionalism. I will never come to this location again! Super poor service and unfavorable business practices all across the board!

In Short: AVOID THIS LOCATION! Employees had an attitude and provided subpar customer service. The pizzas were burt, had very sparse toppings, some toppings were going bad, some of the pizza orders were incorrect and NONE of the Vegan Pesto Cheese breads had PESTO. I am used to Blaze having a healthy amount of fresh toppings. This was a great disappointment and a waste of time and money. It has been one of my favorite places to go especially when I learned they have plant-based options.My family came in for the weekend and when they decided on pizza I suggested Blaze so everyone could get what they wanted without the headache of trying to decide on what toppings to suite everyone . None of them had ever gone to Blaze and they were excited after looking over the website. Everyone is either 100% plant-based or vegetarian.We needed 7 build your own and 5 pesto cheese breads.When I tired to order online, the system was down and I could not place it. I then tried to call and could not get through to the restaurant. One of my family members was going to pick up the order but instead she had to place the orders and wait for them since we could not place them before hand. This being her first time at Blaze, she didn't know what to expect but was taken aback when she walked in and there were no other customers but the employees got an attitude when she told them that she was ordering 7 pizzas. It is hard for me to believe that a group order of 7 pizzas would throw them into a tailspin when I have been in Blaze during lunch and dinner rushes. She believes that they did not want to work and this reflected in their attitude and in the quality of the pizzas that were made.To make it easy on everyone, especially the restaurant, we had every order already written out , name, crust, sauce, toppings and finishes. She also gave the orders to the person making the pizzas to confirm each order was correct.Even after all of this , we were shocked and upset to find that some were incomplete. Specifically I was shocked that the cheese sticks lacked pesto which is in the title of the item.We were so dissatisfied that additional plans had to be made for dinner.Everyone was disappointed but none more than I since I recommended this place.

Wonderful Vegan options! Great service! I visited Blaze Pizza for the first time during their Pi Day special on March 14! It was worth waiting an hour on line during their special, and they have gained a new customer who will return often to pay full price. This was a totally new pizza experience for me, where I was able to choose all my toppings in real time in assembly line fashion, and request more if wanted. All for the same price.I am grateful their crust and sauce are vegan, and that they also have vegan cheeze! The classic regular dough is a thin crust. They also offer high-rise dough, keto crust, gluten-free dough, and cauliflower crust. I wish they also included vegan proteins, like tofu. (Maybe in the future?) I created a pie with extra red sauce, vegan cheeze, tomatoes, spinach and basil. At the end, I added arugula leaves, for a very healthy, vegan topping. (A yummy new experience!)I was impressed that the vegan cheeze and vegan red sauce were in their own covered containers to protect from cross-contamination. Blaze Pizza rocks! Everyone working there was careful to change gloves before serving me, and the person cutting the pies after they were cooked used a clean pizza cutter for my pie (per my request) so that animal products didn’t touch my food.Even though I paid $3.14 for my pie (before tax), I tipped this wonderful crew 64% for my take-out order. I didn’t think it fair to tip only 20% on a day when the 11” pies were deeply discounted, and they were all working so hard to take care of an onslaught of customers. Very bad experience since 2 days I am coming there and standing in big line but they closed early and I had to stand in the big line for an hour and then they told me that I couldn’t get it. And then the next day I came to get pizza and it says they are closed 9-9:45. Also the lady who was giving out the $3 coupons was very rude. And yesterday they lied to us saying they close at 10pm but they actually close at 11. VERY BAD

Food was great and crust was just crispy enough thanks to their oven baked approach.
