The service here is abysmal. We stood in line waiting for 5 minutes while the staff weren't seemingly doing anything. There was no acknowledgment of our presence until someone cut in line in front of us and started to be helped. My boyfriend spoke up and we were treated as though we were in the wrong. We will never be back here.

Is it truly possible that I've never reviewed my favorite ice cream shop in Atlanta?! Say what? I love Butter & Cream. You know why? You can guess by the store's name - this ice cream is truly creamy. I don't normally love ice cream that you have to scoop with a spoon (I'm a soft serve or frozen custard girl at heart). That said, this ice cream is such a great consistency, no matter what flavor you order. They folks working there are nice, friendly, and give you the option to sample flavors. My all-time favorite is butterscotch brownie, which is perfection, but the most recent time I got midnight snacks, which also has pieces of brownie, as well as other types of chocolate within. I like that adults can also opt for the kid's cup/cone, so you can just have a small portion if you're already full from dinner.

This is a delicious ice cream place in downtown Decatur! My friend who came with me told me to give it 5 stars, so I'm leaving 5! It's a cute and cute space, but I ordered Cookie Monster and Butter Pecan for flavor recommendations, and they were great!

This time I got Cookie Monster which I highly recommend: it has a lot of cookie content the variety in texture and taste is really interesting and balances well!The ice cream is high quality and you can tell that it is well made and actually contains the ingredients that it’s supposed to. The menu seems to change around too, which keeps the flavors interesting!The portions are fairly small, but it’s great for a sweet treat after dinner :)Dietary restrictions: Has vegan options, also labels of certain flavors have gluten or nuts

Cute ice cream shop. The owner came my kids' school for STEAM Day and passed out vouchers for a scoop so we came in. Wide variety of treats and flavors. Partnerships with local farms and vendors. Lots of fresh and natural ingredients. Cute scoop-flavored art. Parking in downtown Decatur is a little tricky, but if you can walk it's not a big deal. Will definitely be back.Parking: Downtown Decatur is parking-challenged but it's doable.

Ordered this on Doordash on a whim, and now I'm hooked! It is a little on the pricey side (which is why I have to quit for a while) but this ice cream is too good! Butter Pecan is my favorite. I do hope they come out with a traditional Pistacio flavor as that's my overall favorite ice cream flavor.

I had thought butter pecan would always be my favorite flavor. Thanks for introducing me to Persian Rose. It's rose water and pistachios hit the reminiscing switch for me. I absolutely love this flavor. Yummy. Thank you.Parking: No paid parking after 6 pm. However, there are meters and a paid lot nearby for parking earlier in the day.
