The owners and employees are all very sweet and engaging and the customer service is top notch. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the serving sizes, and portions are all well balanced. The ingredients always taste fresh, and I can honestly recommend the bubble tea(Taro milk tea with tapioca pearls is my favourite) , especially the taro. Pretty good! I subtracted a star due to cost.. I don't think my meal was worth $20 (vegetarian too) but the ingredients were fresh and correct. The avocado was perfect, worth the +1.50 up charge. The service is very fast. I will probably return, but maybe get a medium vs. a large.

The staff was great (I think Sofie) and the other guy which was a manager was great. I had trouble with parking but once that was settled she was the epitome of customer service (even sharing what paired well as far as the protein options with the additions which you could get carried away with) She was great! They should remember me because the manger thought I was either his science teacher or his brother. - Julian came by (Decatur downtown was packed). Will be back again.
