Food was good, came out fast, however talking bad about a customer out loud in front of customers is kinda crazy. That’s something you do in the back or not at all. I get you weren’t at the register but customers are going to naturally wait at the register to order, you can’t just be condescending about that and expect customers to come back, you should be excited a customer is at the register because that’s your money.

This location is a great choice for God’s chicken.
I have been to that location about 10 times and the last 4 times they are not kind or attentive in giving the essentials to eat the food, they forget to give straws and spoons for the ice cream and last week I had a very bad experience when they told me that my payment had not gone through and I showed them that it was already charged to my card and they said I had to do it again because they did not have my payment and I did not want to do it but they told me there was no other solution so I did it and now that I check my account statement they charged me double for the same traction that was last Friday and it was the manager who told me definitely I do not recommend that place

Wow, Chick fil A has certainly changed! First let me say if you're a Veteran or First Responder, stay away. They don't appreciate US! As I pay for the large upgrade and get 75% full fries and they say this is actually full. Yeah right! Since the dad passed away this place has gone down. I'm visiting the location in Decatur, GA and this will be the last time! I do Not 🚫 recommend this location and it's getting to the point that I recommend to stay away from all Chick fil A. Sad, the prices goes up and service/quality goes down 👎🏽 I give the Decatur GA location not only 1 star but a F rating. I had to clean my own area. Stay away from Chick fil A Decatur GA. Go to Village Burger, it's a win all the way around. Last time at this location for sure.
