First time at this location. Good service, like all Chickfilas. However, the ice in the ice tea had totally melted when I picked up my order. Had to ask for an extra cup of ice. And the straw was missing. Minor things. Overall nice.

It seems there was something off about today's experience at this location- never had such bad service. My order was incorrect, and rather than addressing the issue, the staff chose to blame the customer instead. I won't be returning to this location and will be informing my partners in the area to avoid it as well. The two individuals outside taking orders need to be replaced if the management wants to retain customers. Save your money or consider visiting a different Chick-fil-A.

This location is always a hit or miss for me! My order is either completely incorrect or something is missing. Some occasions it has taken over 15 minutes to get just fries and a milkshake. This time I ordered a grilled chicken burrito without hash browns and got a bowl instead and there was no recognizable amount of cheese.

It’s early Saturday morning, we’re out running errands and decided to swing by Chick-fil-A for a quick breakfast. We ordered ahead through the app thinking it would be smooth — especially with only two cars in the drive-thru — but even that turned into a wait. Right away, the experience felt off. No signature Chick-fil-A greeting, no warmth, just a dry exchange. Ten minutes later, we finally get our food.

We pull out of the lot, open the bag, and to my complete disgust, there’s something in my egg biscuit that looked like a crushed bug. Absolutely unacceptable. We immediately made a U-turn to return everything.

Now here we are, stuck in the drive-thru again — this time for over 20 minutes — because the car at the window is having issues too. At this point, close the store, start over, rebuild, rehire, and retrain from the ground up.

The manager’s attitude? Dismissive and unconcerned. No accountability, no urgency. This whole experience was a major letdown and honestly a sign — we need to stop giving our money to places that can’t maintain basic standards and just cook at home. This was beyond disappointing. Utterly ridiculous.

They must do better!!!! I’m reaching out to my contact at corporate on Buffington Road on Monday too.
