Great service from employees, very upbeat and helpful to us and the other people they were serving. Clean tables - saw them actively cleaning tables in between deliveries. I couldn’t find ketchup salt pepper so those must have moved behind the counter. Would love a lemonade or fruit punch offering for drinks but no biggie. Food was great and served hot! Good food, nice staff (downstairs). My biggest nitpick, signage is NOT clear that you have to eat downstairs if you order downstairs. We literally asked the question and the young lady at the register did not let us know. And then we got table-shamed upstairs.
