3/6/24Dont support this locationI took my daughter to chick fil a today and got her ice cream I was waiting on my other daughter to get out of school a big fat security guard walks up to my window and tells me what are you doing here so long ? Also I noticed you didn't shop i said first I'm waiting for my daughter to get out of school and here goes the ice cream on i Purchase then he backs away and says sorry with a gun in his hand he should be fired and this establishment should be ashamed of itself This location doesn't stand for the Chick-fil-A slogan

Saleema gave the worse service I've gotten from Chic-Fil-A In Years. I walked in to take out. Everything I asked for she asked me to repeat as if she was hard of hearing or something. I don't know why she wanted me to raise my voice I told her I did not want to yell at her and that I was surely talking loud enough because her coworkers could hear me and were looking at my whole experience. I wish one of them would have just jumped in and finished up. Because I couldn't get coffee I ordered water. She shoved it into my hand as she was saying my pleasure. I'm sure it wasn't her pleasure. Be genuine in service. Customers can tell when you're not. If you're having a bad day sorry. Don't ruin mine or my appetite. Thanks.A Repeat Customer,

Seriously are the 5 star reviews being paid for because this is consistently the worst CFA I’ve ever been to. We drive out of our way to avoid this one and every time we come back we’re disappointed. The staff is unpleasant, unwelcoming, act like they’re annoyed you’re there, they get the order right about 50% of the time, the wait is much longer than others - overall a subpar experience that is not in line with brand standards. Don’t go here unless you have extra time and like bad attitudes.
