Their location causes them to have a challenge with the homeless. The begging outside before and after your meal is bad but when someone walks up to you as you're eating to ask for some food? Not interested in that being a part of my family's dining experience.

I placed a catering order and arrived at the designated pickup time, only to find it wasn’t ready. There was no phone call or heads-up that they were running behind, and no apology or acknowledgment when I arrived. Completely unprofessional. It’s especially disappointing because we regularly order catering from various Chipotle locations, and this is the first time the service has been this poor. The delay caused me to be late for an important meeting. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this location for catering again.

Noon and the place was understaffed, several items were scrapping the bottom so not fresh and staff was abysmal. Person making the burrito overstuffed it which could be a plus but went to get another burrito to reward but left the original one hanging off the counter and part of it fell out! No trays to put food on, burrito was put on a wet tray without paper or in the plastic bowl. Counters a mess. Parking lot has trash all over the place. I have my burrito to an unhoused person. Ridiculous.

Just found my receipt and got completely pissed all over again. When asking the cashier for salad dressing, to my surprise she dropped it in the bag without closing the lid. This caused a really big nasty orange sauce mess. Even noticing some on my sleeve once home. She offered no courtesy or anything and it was clearly as result of her carelessness. Disgusting!

Yea I don’t appreciate the customer service, if you close at 11 then close at that time not early , then they had food on the line and proceed to tell me the manager says they cannot serve me because they have to prioritize their online orders with the food they have left.ALL your customers matter! Learn how to value the people who patronize your business.

This Chipotle is an s show. It’s severely understaffed at all times, they run out of chips, it’s always a mess. The employees are doing their best but every time I leave so upset and today they gave me someone else’s meal. I’m just tired and wanted my bowl :’(

This location’s checkout service is terrible. You can look forward to being rushed (even if the restaurant isn’t crowded), a messy food station, no smiles, looks and grimaces of annoyance, and just plain rude behavior and dialogue—if any staff member decides to say something. I have given this location way too many chances to chalk up the subpar customer service to an anomaly. I will gladly be taking my patronage elsewhere.
