Chipotle Mexican Grill thanks to the outstanding staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly working together as a team. They took their time, made sure my order was exactly right, and treated me with genuine care and respect—not rushed or overlooked like you sometimes see at busy spots.
The food was fresh, well-prepared, and generously portioned, but what really stood out was the teamwork and positive energy behind the counter. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about the customer experience. This location sets the standard for great service. Huge shoutout to the staff for making my visit such a good one—I’ll definitely be back.

I have been to this location twice the closing hours say 10 pm but the staff start shutting down around 9 pm at that time they are out of 80 % of toppings I actually saw employees pulling food off the line and dumping drinks at 9:19 pm 12/20 . The excuse I was given was that they were low on supplies . The food that was left was cold rice was dry and being served out of a bowl on the counter . I was very disappointed in CAVA food was not handled properly o safe

I’m not sure what’s going on with the management at this Chipotle location, but something needs to be addressed immediately. Out of the four times I’ve visited, three of those times I’ve had to wait for food to be cooked. I understand that ingredients can run low, especially during busy times, but it doesn’t make sense that during peak dinner hours there is always something unavailable.
Last week, I had to wait 10 minutes for beans. This week, it was chicken. I always try to be polite to the employees because I know they may be having a tough day, and I never want to be rude. But being told that chicken is available—they just don’t know how long it will take to be cut—is not an acceptable answer.
At this point, going to this Chipotle feels like a waste of time every single visit.

I observed multiple violations during my visit and will be filing a formal complaint with Dekalb county Health Department. Upon arrival, I noticed two food handlers struggling to manage the to-go orders efficiently. Instead of greeting customers appropriately, one of them looked at the line and remarked, “It’s a lot of y’all,” rather than using a professional greeting such as, “I’ll be with you all in a moment.”

Additionally, I witnessed one of the food handlers putting on gloves to prepare a to-go order without first washing their hands. One of the managers was eating McDonald’s and using their phone on top of the food prep table. When I inquired about a designated area for employee meals, the manager stated that there was none.

The counters were cluttered with towels, old orders, food items, and general disarray. This was particularly concerning given that the General Manager had reportedly left the store just minutes prior, according to the manager on duty.

The chips are absolutely caked with salt - check out the attached photo. It’s like they were dug up from a salt cave. Completely inedible and a waste of money…we also couldn’t enjoy our queso because of this :(

The food bar was completely filthy. I was looking for the score but didn’t see it. It couldn’t have been no more than a 50. The food wasn’t stocked in containers; they were out of everything. Workers had absolutely no pride in cleanliness of the store. The food bar was totally unacceptable and unfit for animals and human beings. Thankfully I cook more at home now, but I felt like eating out today. I’ll now head to the farmers market to pick up ingredients to make my own salad. I usually don’t leave a review, but this place was deplorable and that’s an understatement. It looked as though someone had puked all over the food bar and all containers were practically empty. Sorry, but it was a NO for me!!!

The app is so frustrating. I tried to add a reward to a delivery order but it just said sorry does not qualify and removed it.

Then I tried to chat with the chatbot and it just abruptly closed the session cuz it's so stupid.

This place is close and I would eat here more often but that experience is too annoying

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The first and second order takers lacked basic customer service etiquette. Both were unprofessional and spoke to me with noticeable attitude, including eye-rolling and unfriendly behavior. It made the ordering experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way in improving the customer experience.
