The drive thru never works

Texas chicken was dry.

Mashed potatoes were cold and soggy texture.

I don't know its just a place to get some chicken quickly.

I requested a 2piece spicy white meat snack. I paid for it and waited for 5 minutes because it was busy. Just to find out they don't have any and it was not prepared the night before. No matter what location it's always an issue with getting spicy chicken. I do not I understand why it's an issue at every location, except the one in Covington... This is terrible.

Great service from a friendly gentleman. The food left. Lot to be desired, the 8PC chicken my son had was dry and super small pieces so he ended up taking some of my food instead. I had the three piece which was relatively good but one of the two legs was rather bad tasting rounding finish it. Also, paid for the white combo which had two pieces of dark meat, made no sense. Finally, both my son and I asked for macaroni as the side dish and they gave me potato…. My son begged...
