“Very quiet and easy to open up my laptop and work for a few hours while I enjoy my favorite coffee in the world. Mostly friendly staff and very accommodating as well. Drive thru is kinda tight to get through but manageable. Usually consistent with a few customers ordering but never crowded“
“I come here often. The staff is usually fairly pleasant. They have a morning busy rush during 7:30-9:30, but usually they aren't that busy. If you mobile order about 5-7 mins before arrival, you should be good to go once you get there. Sometimes they can not add enough sugar to your coffee, but you can have them remake or add to it before you walk out or pull off from drive thru. If you need a quiet space to take a call or meeting, they have decent Wi-Fi as well. The inside lobby closes at 6pm.“
“Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday. Da employees put the pan[sweet bread ] in the dumpster for the homeless glucoseeans. I Ranaldi (Craylin) Harris take them to people that sleep on the street like in front of PNC bank but the white lady who goes in at night through the back door and unlocks Tesla cars for people to take. Kinda stopped me from doing g it anymore. I just cut off the power to buildings that are closed so Odin and Zues don't have to fight so much over my eyes me (Horace)“
“Went to Dunkin this morning got my coffee and breakfast sandwich and I must say everything was good and fresh also the young lady who took my order was very polite I had to ask her name if I’m not mistaking I think she stated she was the manager that alone made my day you don’t get customer service like that these days“
“Consistently good customer service over the years. We really appreciate the friendly service and fresh coffee on Candler Road. 4 stars because of the building. It’s past needing to be upgraded. Condensation on windows, etc. The staff is good though.“
“Young lady behind the counter was super sweet. My daughter and I both downloaded the Baskin Robbins app and each got a free scoop of ice cream. I departed from my usual mint chocolate chip and got the caramel praline and it was amazing. We will be back!“
