I’ve never left a review before but my experience here was so disappointing. First I got my burrito and the cheese was ice cold, ICE COLD, literally bit into ice crystals, on top of that there’s very little egg. I think it’s kind of insane that a place called Effin Egg with eggs painted all over the walls gives you a burrito that’s 5% egg. Truly the tiniest sliver of egg I’ve ever seen in my life. I hate complaining but it was inedible. I asked for it to be remade and she just put it back on the grill AFTER I HAD BITTEN IT, which is super unsanitary. At that point I was pretty grossed out after biting into a hot and cold, mostly cold cheese burrito but the employee didn’t speak English. Literally nothing wrong with that but she was the only employee and couldn’t understand my complaints or request for a refund. She ended up just taking the burrito and typed a message to me saying to leave my name and order number and the owner/manager would reach out for my refund. Haven’t heard back yet.

Do NOT waste your time. Took over 45 minutes and tried to cancel. Other people walked out without food or their money. Absolutely terrible experience.

She has gloves on but she’s literally touching everything with those gloves, markers and all. Looks like they mainly get delivery orders. I wonder if the customers would actually eat this if they saw the conditions in which it was prepared.

What is the point of having a phone number if you never answer it. Won’t be getting my money. Poor business

Prices are high, but quantity and quality of the food don't match the price point. :/

A chicken biscuit is $9. And the same size & quality as a McDonald's or Chickfila biscuit, which are only $4.

The lady who works there is super nice. And the tots are quite good. But the rest isn't really worth a buy, sadly. Coffee was bad too.

This place was delicious! And that was just the beginning. The service was incredible! I got to meet the owner Jeff who was amazing beyond words can describe. He greeted us at the door and helped with any questions we had. He even gave us some merch! This place was a ten out of ten. If I could give it 100 stars I would! The atmosphere, decor, food and experience was unforgettable to say the least. We are from Massachusetts but we def plan on visiting Effin Egg again when we come back to Georgia! Thank you SO MUCH Jeff!!!! <3 (I forgot to take pictures of the food before devouring it for this review. Sorry! It was just too good after the first bite!)

I visited Effin Egg on 6/29/2024 and would not return or recommend based on my experience. I ordered the Jax’s Sausage Egg & Cheese (substituted the over medium egg for scrambled eggs), Old Skool Biscuit (added scrambled eggs), and Breakfast Cereal Cake. The Old Skool Biscuit and Breakfast Cereal Cake was extremely disappointing. In regards to the Old Skool Biscuit, the exterior of the biscuit was hard. I had to pick the exterior off for the biscuit/sandwich to be edible. This is disappointing in any event but especially with a price tag of $9 for the sandwich and $2 to add eggs. The Breakfast Cereal Cake was extremely dry and tasted as it had been microwaved and even worse, microwaved too long. It was inedible. The Jax’s Sausage Egg & Cheese was the only item that actually tasted good. Based on taste I would recommend that sandwich; however, for a price tag of $9.75 I will not purchase again. I did notice something that made me question if the cooks are properly handling food based on food safety protocol and basic cross contamination knowledge. One cook that was preparing food paused what she was doing, took her phone out of her back pocket and did something on it with the gloves she had on. After touching her phone, she continued to prepare and touch food without changing her gloves. I did not experience a long wait time or bad customer service as frequently mentioned in the reviews. For context, I went right before noon on a Saturday and it was only 1 couple’s order in front of mines in restaurant. In summary, I do not recommend Effin Egg and will not return.

No accountability with Online order. After paying online and picking up my order, I noticed that items from my order were missing. When I tried to call to inquire about the issue, no one answered and there was a message that the voicemail is full.

I walked into this restaurant with my partner and the 2 ladies working there ignored us and rolled their eyes. I now understand why the low ratings and zero customers. Do better!

Placed an order via ezCater. They never responded, did not answer their phones, I tried calling personally. I had to scatter and find last minute breakfast for my group because they did not fulfill their order that I places. Sad for them, it was a $350 dollar order. Went with Chick Fil A instead! At least they answer their phones.

As an avid handheld breakfast girly, anytime I see a new breakfast sandwich spot I HAVE to try it out! Thankfully this time I was invited by @theeffinegg to test out their breakfast and the new burrito ?

We tried the Brisket Bacon and Egg Sandwich as well as the Chorizo and Egg Burrito then finished the meal with the Birthday Cake Donut Holes. Every dish was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to go back for more. The Brisket Sandwich really blew us away with their bbq sauce and Effin Sauce.

I really would like to rate this place much higher but it's tough to. The food is actually amazing but on both occasions that I've decided to come, there was a 30+ minute wait. The kitchen is very disorganized when it comes to fulfilling the orders and are always behind. There is a language barrier that adds to this which doesn't help either. Don't come with any high expectations because the customer service doesn't exist either.
