Great service, great food, great atmosphere! Management is super friendIy and welcoming. I recommend!
This is the restaurant I've been looking for. The food is fresh, the service is satisfactory, and I especially want to praise the manager. Everyone, please come here and enjoy.
I tried the sushi at green ginger and enjoyed my experience. I ordered the chef special which comes with 1 tuna roll and 8 pieces of nigiri for about 27$. They also serve a plethora of Asian cuisine outside of sushi.
I thought my sushi was very solid. The fish tasted fresh and were cut nicely.
Overall I think this is a great restaurant for casual sushi. It was not outstanding but very solid and affordable. I would come back and try their other items. There also is plenty of parking
Walked in during lunch to an almost dead restaurant. Sign said wait to be seated, after about 5 minutes no one greeted me. Waited a few more minutes and another party entered, walked past me and the sign; sat down and were greeted and given menus a few moments after that. This used to be my favorite place but this is ridiculous. When I was finally greeted I was asked the name for my door dash order.
I always want this place to be better. The food is pretty terrible and the prices are exorbitant. It would be one thing if it was cheap but it’s ridiculously expensive for the quality. I’d say the service is it’s only redeeming quality. The waitstaff is kind, helpful, and mostly on top of it. I went recently (first time in years) to give GG another chance and unfortunately I didn’t get my entire until everyone else had finished eating. And then it was bad. All to say, save your money and go elsewhere.
This is the second time that I’ve ordered takeout from them and the chicken is hard as rocks. I should eat there so I can complain or at least let them know what the issue is, but I always take out and get home to be dissatisfied. This will be the last time I eat there
Good food
Came here an hour before closing and got an exemplary service.
The Shumai melts in your mouth, I could’ve eaten a dozen more.
I also got the sashimi regular combo. Thick Sashimi slices, with fatty salmon and fatty tunas. Will definitely be returning here again .
Another fav spot in Decatur.

Our server was FABULOUS! She had the best recommendations and very friendly service! The food there is TOP TIER! If you are in the mood for fine Asian cuisine this is the place for you!
Parking: Shared lot with several businesses including CVS.
Wheelchair accessibility: Highly accessible location. The bathroom is set up nicely for wheelchair access AND your attendant if you needed to bring one in with you.

The food was cooked poorly and was overpriced. My date refuses to eat her meal after first bite. Spring rolls are smaller than your pinky. You get 3 for $6. Altogether with sending my dates meal back I paid $38 plus a tip $2 tip for poor service. They acted like they didn’t want us there. One shrimp and garlic meal with rice. The rice was too soft and contained no vegetables. $18. Two lemonades and two orders of spring rolls which were mostly fried batter $38. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all and I’m baffled that this was the quality of food at a place that seemed so nice. Deception at its finest. I believe anyone who eats here has poor taste in food. It’s not jail house bad but it’s not open a restaurant good either.

First time ordering food from this restaurant and immediately knew they didn’t know what they were doing because they put our sushi order on top of our hot pad Thai instead of in a separate bag. The pad Thai was flavorless. We will do ourselves a favor and continue ordering from Siam instead.

The coconut soup with lemongrass is my lunch go to and I've been eating here for over a decade. I went this week and ate in the restaurant for the first time in a long time and it was awful! Me and my coworker got 2 different dishes and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. The pad thai was straight up nasty and the teriyaki chicken was flavorless. For 2 lunch specials it was over $40. We both left hungry and stopped somewhere else to get food. I'm so disappointed! I won't ever be back!
