While the food was delicious the service at the bar was awful!!!! The lady didn’t speak at all and I had to flag her down for my order each time.

A restaurant that tries to pull off Chinese. Japanese, and Thai usually does so with compromise. But on an ice storm day, we had an excellent meal and great service.

I have been coming to Green Ginger for 20 years. This last time I came sealed the fate of me returning. There’s pictures. They gave me 95% noodles and 5% vegetables. And they used to give you with your meal either vegetables, tofu or chicken, you had to pay for steak and shrimp, which is understandable. Now that’s gone and they charge 4.50 for tofu which when I got it last time, there was only five little pieces of tofu in there for 4.50 so I’m done sadly it was a good place, but they have cut way too many corners. The picture below I took when I opened up the carton and then I put the vegetables on this tiny 4“ x 4“ plate. It was so sad that it was all noodles. I did throw away half the noodles.

The noodle bowl is where it's at on a nice day on the patio with happy hour drinks. You can be happy and full with spicy gf magic soup! Easy parking..this place is an institution and I'm so glad they are still open and friendly with good deals.

This has been my wife’s favorite restaurant for 15yrs. She introduced it to me 6yrs ago and I’m crazy about it. Fresh high quality food, great and attentive employees. Relaxing atmosphere. They have Asahi beer on tap! Go to Green Ginger!

This has been my favorite restaurant for 15 years now! I sadly moved to Florida but everytime my husband and I visit we make sure to have dinner here!

I am sad to say that this was a terrible experience. Food was fine, but way too expensive for what it was. Our server, Phillip, was incredibly creepy and dismissive to me and my friend.
We asked about the portion size and price difference of splitting a plate versus each getting a side. He said he did not know, told us “I don’t know, I don’t memorize the prices”, and seemed strangely against us sharing. He kept coming back to our table just asking us random questions and talking to us. Felt weirdly like he was hitting on us. Me and my friend were very uncomfortable the entire time.
One time he came back to our table, he asked us, “What do you think the weirdest way for a server to greet a table would be?” We said we didn’t know, incredibly uncomfortable with this interaction. He continued to say, “I think it’d be this;” and ducked out of sight behind my friends side of the booth. He slowly put his hands over the booth, and peeked his head over. He borderline caressed my friend’s shoulder, and made her feel extremely uncomfortable and disgusted.
I wanted to ask for a different server but genuinely didn’t trust that he wouldn’t do something in retaliation. We ended up paying and leaving early just to get away.

My first time there, I went with two friends who highly recommended the place. No disappointment! The food was delicious and the staff is super nice and very attentive. Will definitely go back and eat my way through their diverse menu.
