My friend and I love this little restaurant! The owner and staff are super friendly, the food and drinks are consistently good, and it has a decent happy hour w $8 margaritas (although you have to sit outside or at the bar, which I think is kind of silly). A couple of solid vegan/vegetarian options. I usually park on the street, which is fine if you’re ok with walking a block or two.
Enjoyed my dinner meal here! It’s tucked away in the downtown Decatur area but it’s a cute and intimate vibe. The queso blanco was really good along with the chips. I had the carnitas dinner plate and it was really good too! I did wish the carnitas plate had all the ingredients separately on one plate instead of it being served on top of each other but otherwise it was still good! Also the tortilla was really authentic and delicious!!
Deducting a star because they don’t have high chairs. This should be a standard, especially at such a friendly establishment that’s right next to the little protected courtyard that is great for kids. The food is great, happy hour menu/prices is great. Staff is friendly and helpful!
