I received a fully cooked cheese pizza with all my toppings. Sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper thrown on top. I spoke with the manager who stated that he’s just answering the phone but that the order was cooked incorrectly. I’m so disappointed that this is the type of product that you’re selling to consumers. No refund was offered nor did they try to remedy the situation. Terrible Customer Service!!!

I've lived in and visited several U.S. cities, including Chicago and New York that have the ABSOLUTE BEST PIZZA. Marco's pizza and its Italian sauce could compete with any of the TOP two in Chicago and New York. Marco's has high-quality meats, and, like New York and Chicago pizzerias, they do not skimp or cheat on any ingredients. I was not impressed with Donato's in Avondale Estates--Marco's pizza is up there with the BEST New York and Chicago style pizza. If you don't like Marco's, you need taste buds enhancement or implants!
I gave two stars for the atmosphere because I always get carry-out and don't like eating in small pizzeria restaurants with loud rock or cRap music. Most Marco's are clean enough to dine in, though.
Parking: Most Marco's offer FREE parking. It's adequate for take-out, too.
This place has been a hot mess for several years. There’s about a 50/50 chance you’ll get your order at all; zero percent chance that if you do it will arrive within 2 hours. They don’t answer the phone and, as a final screw you to their customers, charge a $5 delivery fee.
Do NOT order from here—you will regret it. There are tons of other good

Awful experience on Sunday night that left my pregnant wife and I without our food. We were next door at the emergency vet, and had placed an online order to pick up once were discharged. I placed order and estimated pickup was 9:57pm. When I walked over following discharge at 10:32pm, the door was locked and I could see employees cleaning (who could also see me) and none of them would let me in to pick up our order. I called and could hear the phone ringing and watched 3 employees walk by the phone without answering even as I gestured to them that it was me calling. Awful customer service, poorly run store, don’t support.

I went in to buy a medium pie she said it was $19.42. I asked her how much is a small pie she said $19.43. I asked her is she sure that price is correct because you're charging me a penny more for a smaller pie. She told me that she is taking an order over the phone then proceeded to argue with the customer over the phone. I walked out and will never walk back in.

I came in at 10 on a Saturday online it says 12am closes so I drove 20 min to grab a pizza. The young lady said her name was Nia an she said they not taking orders walk in or online so I ask to speak to the manager an he said that they close up at 10 am close at 11 I said to him y’all don’t take walk ins he said no an I asked him y’all don’t take online orders either he said yeah but the young lady Nia told mw an another young lady also I didn’t get her name but they said that if I prefer online it will be canceled. After I asked the manager he act like he had an attitude but they are basically closing 1 hour early because I said the young lady told me they closing an taking not more order online or walk ins an then people came in after us an also wanted to order she actually told these two gentleman to go to another pizza spot called Fellinis. Who actually tell the customer to go to the competition I’ve never in my life seen that happen this place has one of the worse staffs I have ever seen in my life. All had altitudes an lied because when I asked the young lady Nia again after the manager an asked why did she lie about online orders because the manager even though he had a attitude said different but when she told us that lie he heard her but didn’t say anything but when I asked to speak to the manager he said they do online I asked her after an she said well it depends I’m like if someone places a online order how does it depends if you do it or not…. SMH these folks should be fired this is insane an haven’t been to this spot on a while an use to be my favorite Marcos now it’s definitely the worse. I don’t even want the pizza here that’s how bad the staff was. I’m extremely dissatisfied

They close when they want(around 10pm on Saturday) and tell you if you order online after a certain time your order will likely be canceled. The girl was nice enough to redirect some walk in customers to give their business to Fellini's down the street(lol). This place is a joke.

I just moved here from Jersey and I must say this is by far “THE BEST” pizzeria ever. The pizza isn’t greasy, it’s perfectly prepared. The wings are unexplainably DELICIOUS.

I traveled from Atlanta to order a pizza. The website stated closing hours at 12am. The door stated 11pm. However, the younglady Naomi said they stop taking orders at 10:15pm. I arrived at 10:19pm. I am extremely disappointed, the trip was a waste of my time, miles, & gas!
