Cool staff and fast service
This place fascinates me. It take a very long time to receive a food order and by that time, the fries are often room temperature and greasy. There seem to be a lot of employees milling around, so it doesn’t seem to be short staffed. Is it bad resource allocation? Lack of equipment? I don’t know.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive a simple order consisting of a Double Quarter Pounder with mayonnaise, a McChicken, and fries. After being asked to park and wait, I ultimately had to go inside to retrieve my order myself. The operation appeared to lack organization and effective management, and by the time I received my food, it was cold. To make matters worse, my burger was also undercooked.

McDonald's is a reliable spot for a quick and good meal. The food is generally good, and the employees can be pleasant. The service received from the team here was incredible, with fresh hot food and accurate orders. The manager Shay deserves praise for the great work. The people there are so hardworking, quick with orders and their work. The gentleman taking care of the dining area was very kind and super clean, as well as the young lady providing the food.
