I sat in this store and worked briefly as I enjoyed an impossible sandwich and caramel iced coffee. The staff at this location was nice while serving me. As I say I noticed that they could have been a tad nicer to others however. I also would recommend that they sensor their conversations while at work. I kept hearing remnants of gossip and verbiage I didn’t find the most appropriate for the environment. I honestly haven’t been back since and likely won’t go back for a “dine in” experience. I had a positive experience at Starbucks inside Kroger. The employee was helpful with my questions about fees, especially since I'm new to the Starbucks app and points system. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I enjoyed a delicious medium white hot chocolate. Overall, it's a good place for a coffee break.

I visited this location this morning to get a medicine ball. The young lady was extremely rude to me. I said good morning and the rudeness began. At first, I thought it may be because she was having a bad day but when the next customer after me walked up, her attitude completely changed. She greeted the person and was very pleasant to them. When she finished making the tea, instead of her letting me know it was ready, she sat it down and walked away. I then asked another question and she was extremely rude in giving me the answer. The treatment by the lady working that made me very uneasy and I didn't trust the drink that she made. I threw the drink away. I'm not sure what was going on with her. It really made me not want to visit this location again. I really hope it gets better for the lady working there.

Worst Starbucks. I drove 15 minutes just to get a the herbal medicine tea since I was feeling under the weather. Came in at around 5:30 PM on November 26. The lady behind the counter informed me they had no teas whatsoever. She didn’t suggest anything else, probably didn’t wanna make anything else for me. I told her I drove out my way and she seemed not to care. I just don’t understand, this Starbucks is in a grocery store. Why are you not stocked up? And it’s winter time, people want teas.

DISAPPOINTED/ EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED - I didn’t get what I paid for.I was at this Starbucks Today and when look at my HOT CAPPUCCINO it was not even filled up Good enough.That’s the picture of with foam and without foam. I understand that the foam makes it look full but still with the Foam it still wasn’t filled up.It was 2 black female working In Starbucks. These employees should be fired because they will create a BAD impact on business in FUTURE.
Worse customer service ever. Attitude galore - their attitude is as if you're inconveniencing them, and on top of that, the order was wrong. These ladies do not want to work here, so put them out of their misery and let them go.

I don’t understand how Starbucks is a busy coffee spot but only have one employee working! I waited 25 min just to order my drink.. Dale moves extremely slow and people started leaving.. horrible service! He is worrying about the online orders while he have customers in line.
