I had a positive experience at Starbucks inside Kroger. The employee was helpful with my questions about fees, especially since I'm new to the Starbucks app and points system. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I enjoyed a delicious medium white hot chocolate. Overall, it's a good place for a coffee break.
The main reason I do not come here anymore is the rude staff. Out of the several times I've come, I've met one single nice employee, who was an older woman. The young manager is snappy, and another older woman who was taking my order berated me in front of the young manager, who then joined in. I've had to come back a couple times because my drink wasn't made correctly. The speed of service is average, not that fast but not too slow. I sat in this store and worked briefly as I enjoyed an impossible sandwich and caramel iced coffee. The staff at this location was nice while serving me. As I say I noticed that they could have been a tad nicer to others however. I also would recommend that they sensor their conversations while at work.
