Wow there are many bad reviews about this particular employee. Denitra, is really grumpy/angry young woman...frowns and is barely audible...never greets me... I've not complained for a month but I'm here now...I've gone out of my way but it seems to make her more irritated. I'm not trying to be friends it's literally part of the job to exhibit some form of human kindness not coldness. Sucks because she really works hard.
Namesha is an ARTISTE, you hear me?! The greatest customer service and attentiveness I've ever received at ANY Starbucks from NYC to Atlanta. I actually had to ask her name to write this review because she deserves her flowers. She made me wanna get the Starbucks rewards program or whatever and I don't even live anywhere near a Starbucks lol. This is a little bit of sunshine before my doctor's appointment. You guys put the right employee right by the hospital :-)
I really appreciated the folks working on Friday afternoon 10/11 for wishing me a happy birthday, being so kind, and going the extra mile by decorating my cup to make me feel special. Wasn't expecting such an extraordinary experience before shopping at kroger on my bday lol. People are still kind. Thank you.
