Grateful for the experience.

Me personally I work for Uber Eats and I wouldn't eat here with your mouth, I came to pick up an order around 8:45pm, there was no air conditioning in the building and I saw the older man going in the fridge to put food on someone's plate, gloves were not worn and it took forever to get the order I was picking up. I would rate them 0 stars.

DISGUSTING DECEIVING AND THEIVES !!!!

Your name is NOT “the house” I ordered on Uber Eats and after I placed the order I realized where this food was coming from and IMMEDIATELY wanted to cancel. These folks took ALL my money for a cancellation fee. I will never eat here. I used to do delivery driving and the way they are with guests and their sanitation and how they handle the food is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Do not eat here and if you see “the house” on uber eats or anywhere else it really TALK OF THE TOWN “soul food” . . . I am LIVID !!!!

Don't do it! Nice people, but overpriced bad food. Not really a spot to sit down and eat.

While the collard greens and black eyed peas were very flavorful, the turkey wing needed a harder cook on the skin and the cornbread had an after taste. The skin was fatty and very soft with a little bbq sauce brushed on top. Not what I would expect from a place with the name, Talk of the Town Soul Food. I see why it was a BOGO sale on this meal. Not a meal I’d recommend.

Whoever is in the kitchen, cooking isn’t your calling. Please go do something else. Overpriced bland food. This is my first time having it and definitely my LAST. 🤢

I love this place. It's not fancy, its very low tech, so I imagine trying to get uber eats from here might go wrong. BUT* if you actually go in, you'll experience some really lovely people who make some amazing food. So pick up in person or dine in, don't order online.

If you want strictly vegetarian this is not the place to go, as just about everything's cooked with meat or fat, but the veggies are all prepared well. They're still crispy, not overcooked.

The price point is a lot better than it is at most places around ATL. With the amount of love that goes into preparing the food, they could charge more, but choose not to.

I think this place a diamond in the rough.

Talk of the town never lets me down. Great customer service and hot, fresh, and delicious food. If ever i have a problem which is RARE they fix the situation with grace. I love them . Talk of the town i love yall 🩷

So I visited here with my mom today on 4-26-2026. This is my second time visiting this restaurant. I live in the area now over a year. My mom first time here. So we went to support them on the way home. My mom got my plate for me because I took her shopping to Walmart and Dollar Tree. Mom got a turkey wing plate which comes on a bed of rice and she got dressing and yams and a slice of pound cake. I got a oxtail plate that came with a bed of rice and yams ok and Mac and cheese ok and it came with a cornbread muffin. The food is seasoned and flavorful. You check them out for yourself. Pull up and check them out definitely worth the trip.

Gheesh I really said let me try but listen to the reviews

It was actually called The House when I ordered off of Uber Eats. The corn bread was dry and bland. The yams and Mac n cheese are great. The turkey wings comes as one. The picture demonstrates two comes with the meal. The meatloaf was alright.

Not good at all food was horrible yesterday it was not appetizing they gave me whatever they want me to have Uber eats today the first time it was pretty good but the second time not good at all
