My family and I ordered breakfast and ran errands Saturday morning. When we returned home, we realized our order was incomplete. We promptly returned to the Waffle House on Wesley Chapel Road and explained the situation. We were immediately assisted, and our order was quickly corrected. Great service!!!!
This waffle House has some of the best food and service that I've had. I have been here a few times over the years and I've seen the changes, improvements and progress made. Today my server is named Shawna and I'm telling you she's absolutely Excellent, she is the definition of Best Customer Service practices. She's going to help this place thrive. I really enjoyed her service. So much so, I found her Manager to tell him about her.
It was clean and the wait staff and Cook are friendly. As far as the food in my opinion it hasn't been the same since pre-covid because they took off several menu item. Other then that it breakfast and I'm grateful for it!
