Is KFC no longer doing drive thru service? I went to 2 and they both were not doing drive thru service (This was one of them) which is kind of crazy to me to think a mom with a car full of kids and a handicap sticker is going to park and get out. Not including me I saw 4 cars drive off and went someplace else.

The morning manager Ms. Tonya was a great face to see, with her kind and uplifting personality that could make anyone smile. RUBY, the cashier at the front, provided impeccable customer service, described as a breath of fresh air. Although the online orders can be inconsistent, with pickup times exceeding expectations, the staff strive to ensure a perfect meal, as seen in the original crispy sandwich, which is crunchy and tasty. Overall, KFC offers a satisfying dining experience, with a clean area and the ability to get the desired parts, despite a minor concern about the restroom.
