We had an outstanding visit to the Waffle House Museum. We were lucky enough to be in Atlanta on one of the 4 days a year when the museum was having an open house. Original restaurant is restored and next door is small museum featuring the history of the iconic institution. Great for pictures. I wouldn’t make special plans to go here… but if you just so happen to be in the neighborhood and it happens to be open… then I would go. It takes a matter of minutes to go through the museum. The museum staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming. It is also a great place if you want Waffle House merch… yes there is a population of people that want Waffle House merch… my son happens to be one of them🤪… he walked away with a Waffle House t-shirt. This is not the museum! Sorry!! This is actually the restaurant. Stop by like I always do and order the pork chop plate, cheese grits, cheese eggs and toast with water! I love coming to this location,over any other location due to the fact they have cute waitress young and mature( I love the cougar) plus I love talking to older ppl and so quick with my food. It's cleaned in there always and they are very respectful towards each other and also the guest
