This was the best drive thru experience I’ve had from Wendy’s in a while. Breakfast was perfect! It was hot, the store was super clean, and I didn’t wait long at all. The cashier was pleasant as well! I was very satisfied 🙏🏾

I shouldn’t have done it but out of sheer curiosity I tried the spicy parm nuggets and I do not recommend it personally. The sauce would be great in a pasta dish but by themselves is just an horrible experience. It also doesn’t help that I asked for blue cheese and got ranch, a sauce that makes me sick sometimes.

Here we go. The cashier staff spend too much time engaging each other than attending to the customer. The staff need more customer service training. I walked when the drive thru was wrapped around the building. While waiting a young man walked in as he was early for his shift, but kept walking from behind the counter and going back to the inner workings at Wendy's. I never saw him wash his hands and no he wasn't cleaning the dining area or taking out the trash. The last...
